For those of you without Darkvision, what are you currently using for a light source? @Lorenyou see Velshir move ahead into the darkness away from the light on ahead of you. How closely do you follow with your light? @Lymbryl- the sight from the other end of the bridge remains as the picture before and clear of anything new for now. @Joshua, Sheyla and Unthir- you are in the tunnel side that Velshir and Loren headed down?
@Velshir (see below) you move ahead making the most of your dark vision away from the light sources.
This cavern is half filled with now only one pool of water. A narrow waterfall high in the eastern wall feeds the pool, which drains out the western end of the chamber to form the stream that flows out of the cave mouth below. Low fieldstone walls serve as dams holding the water in. A wide exit stands to the south, while two smaller passages lead west. The sound of the waterfall echoes through the cavern, making it difficult to hear. Three goblins guard this cave (you are viewing from the lower left entrance and the pool to the left is now empty)

Velshir leaps forward, intending to draw the goblins' attacks towards him, away from his companions. He attacks the nearest goblin with an unarmed strike

He then uses the rest of his move as necessary (35' total) to approach the next closest goblin and attack with another unarmed strike

The goblin shouted ahead up the stream and went to the right end of the bridge when he moved out of sight.
Unthir will gasp for air once he reaches the top. He coughed dust, "Good gods the river is mightier than the ambush..."

Velshir carefully backs away and holds out a hand to Loren to softly stop his progress. He whispers to Loren,
"Three goblins ahead. Let's warn the others before we jump them."
Then Velshir goes back and tells the group,
"Three goblins ahead, let's take them out quickly."
At that point, Velshir's intention would be to re-approach the goblins until 60 feet away, if that can be attained unnoticed, with shortbow drawn.
@Velshir stealth check please? the map is to scale with 5' for each block. The goblins are midway across the room so within 60 feet.

@ velshir - Sorry, the -2 was meant for the others as you are ahead of them but not so far that they couldn't act. Your initiative would be 16.
Looks like its going to be a short battle, but am going to post again later to allow some time for the others to react.
(As a halfling able to move through the space of other medium size creatures, would that apply to me?)
