The drake does not follows you and leaves, along with the four cultists. You succesfully pass them as you make your way towards the Keep.
As you reach the Keep, you see a group of cultists who are trying to enter, while a group of townsfolk are fighting them off. There are twenty defenders, and most of them are fighting off the cultists from up the Keep's parapet, shooting arrows at them.
The cultists are five humans and a bugbear guard. It seems like the rest of the cult are following the dragon's example and not bothering with the Keep for now, but these are still trying to enter. The bugbear has an arrow piercing his shoulder and a manic look in his eyes.
Looking down at the ground, you see that they didn't used to be only six: There's three corpses in cultist garbs laying on the ground, visible arrow wounds on different locations of their bodies. Clouds of flies are starting to form around them.
The gate is still open for the townfolk to get in, but these cultists are making things difficult.
"...Okay, how do we pass by them without them trying to kill us or getting us shot by accident?" Cuth asks, frustrated. Linan is already holding her spear tightly, waiting for the cultists to turn and spot them any second now.
Kane sees the cultist trying to attack the keep. “Well...things just got more interesting. Petmailer, I feel like those cultist disguises may come in handy here, but I cannot think how.” He turns to the kids, “Don’t worry, I’ll finish the story once we are safe.” He then looks at Linan and Cuth, “Is there a different way into the keep? Like a secret entrance or back door?”
“Is this the spot thatEscobertsaid? There must be a better way... We could take them by surprise, hit them from behind and distract them so they could be filled with arrows. I’d like to take down that bugbear.” He pauses, thinking quickly. “I could put on the cultist robes and try to lure them away from the gate, lead them somewhere... but where? And I may get an arrow in my backside from the tower. I’m glad we avoided that drake but here we may have to stand and fight.”

At Kane's question, Cuth just sighs. "I have heard rumors that the sewer gate at the stream is actually the gate to a tunnel that leads to the Keep... But that gate is locked, and it is all the way down there."
He points towards the stream. It is close enough to see it from here, but far enough that you'll still need to walk all the way there.
Keeping a watch on the cultists, Linan says. "We might not even have to fight them if we are quick enough. Just running past them and entering the gate before they can attack..." She turns to Petmailer, worried. "I don't know how you guys got your hands on the robes, but if you do that please be careful. The archers are going to think you are with them and shoot!"
Zirca is softly crying. "...I want to go home!" Roladd immediately moves to hug her. "We can't do that, I'm sorry..."
Map: That big dragon icon is to represent the cultists, who are right in front of the Keep's gate. The deer head represents the Swift family, as just happens to be the family's sigil. The big 2 is where the gate to the tunnel is located, but I drew that X to help further locate it in the map.
Petmailer says “I will handle the lock. I think the tunnel is the safer way. As much as I want to put an arrow in the head of that bugbear, the safer route is the tunnel, since we have Linan, Cuth and family with us. Let’s move before they see us.”

"Quick and stupid it is. It'll be faster if we carry the kids. Cuth, Linan, and one of us are on that. The remaining four split into two groups and attack the cultists from either side, distracting them long enough for the family to get into the Keep. Once they're in, everyone runs for safety." Harmony looks to the rest of the group for suggestions or decisions on who is doing what. She's happy to work wherever she's needed, whether it's protecting the kids or slaying cultists.
Cuth and Linan just nod, and the latter picks up Zirca from where she's standing on the ground. "Everything's okay, sweetie." She whispers to her scared daughter.
Roladd turns to Kane. "Will you be okay fighting, Sir? I saw those kobolds hurting you."
The family is scared and will happily go along with whatever plan you decide.
Waiting on everyone to post and agree/disagree on the plan. If you stick with Harmony's plan, you all will need to roll initiative and those in the group helping the family enter while the others fight will need to make a DEX check to reach the gate unharmed.

I will say, however, it’s the last spell I can use before I can regain them through rest.” He turns to Harmony. “I will protect the family, if that’s alright.”

The bugbear is holding a morningstar and a javelin, and the cultists are armed with scmitars. As they dodge the arrows, you hear one of them suggesting to retreat to the others, but they don't listen. The bugbear throws the javelin against the archers, but it misses and crashes against the Keep's stone walls, leaving him only with the morningstar.
On the side of the Keep, the people start to close the gate, but they stop when they see the family running towards them and subtly gestures to them to come quick.
The cultists have not seen you yet and are very distracted right now, so the party gets to attack first. Kane and the family will get to safety on the second turn, and everything after that will depend on the dice rolls and IC actions.
Once everyone is ready to attack, Gunra will charge the nearest human cultist. He steeled himself for a tough fight - these were no simple kobolds. Hopefully that dream had been a blessing and not an omen.
