To be perceptible, the casting of a spell must involve a verbal, somatic, or material component. So no one notices it regardless of their passive insight

Gae-Al moves in, and looks around for anything unusual, such as disturbed dust, something laying out that is out of place or less dirty than the rest of the room, perhaps evidence of someone hiding.
This was an inn, not jus’ a tavern... Svrf looks about for other rooms, perhaps stairs leading up. ”Mus’ be rooms, some sort o’ lodging hereabou’ somewhere...” he muses aloud.
Gae-Al sees nothing, and the fire isn't lit. Safice can light a fire if he has the appropriate tools(such as a tinderbox. Just sticks will require a check).
As Brorth steps in, he twists the cap of his waterskin the same way he did before, only to the other side now. After a few twists, the waterskin is now glowing in the same way it did when he got to town. "Well, closed or not, at least it's a roof to sleep under. I'll try to light a fire here, you all look if there are still beds and blankets in the rooms here." He walks toward the hearth and using his tinderbox, will start lighting a fire.
Welfyx takes out his drum: „While you make the fire, how about a little music to warm our souls?“
And i start to play an elvish song. My song will inspire Surf (and then followed a few seconds later Gae-al and then Safice)
While i sing i will look around if i see anything unusual.

Bardic Inspiration
As a bonus action, a creature (other than yourself) within 60 ft. that can hear you gains an inspiration die (1d6). For 10 minutes, the creature can add it to one ability check, attack roll, or saving throw. This can be added after seeing the roll, but before knowing the outcome.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
“Yes, we can sleep at the other place, not some worn down unattended to location. Since I don’t see anything unusual here, I will do what should have and look around outside.”
Gae-Al goes back outside and looks around the building for clues such as disturbed snow, forced entry on other points of entrance, other doors like a cellar.
Wrapped up in his cloak Welfyx mumbles something behind his scarf and adjusts his drum.
For DM:
I cast detect thoughts to see if anyone is hiding within 30 ft.
If your passiv insight is better then 22:
You think Welfyx was trying to hide that he cast a spell.
(hey that's for the DM to decide)

(Sorry, I had to urgently do something and then sleep)
For Bhurealea:
You sense the presence of six creatures. Choose one to read its thoughts
There are rooms here, and Gae-Al can make an investigation check
DM:
I only scan the surface thoughts, not to alarm them. I start by scanning creature #1
Investigation: 9
Bhurealea Only:
The creature is thinking, 'Don't come here,' it seems to be worried.
Joining the others Safice will close the door to keep the cold out. He will look around for a hearth start a fire if one hasn’t been lit yet.
Perception: 11
Felix Windfall(Human-V Lv.7 Rogue) killed in ToA, Vallan Houndstrider (Halfling Ghostwise Lv.1 Fighter) in DiANot sure what the perception was for

(lol are you seriously breaking into a closed inn and sleeping there)
(Anything is better then sleeping in the cold and if it is closed chances are low anyone will complain.)
„How about we sit next to the fire to warm up? Can someone pull 6 chairs up please?“ Welfyx states while playing his little drum solo.
DM: how big is the Inn? Kitchen ,Bar, Rooms...?
”We came here to investigate that light in the inn, not sleep here, no?” asks Cocoa. ”May I get some assistance in the matter?”
Cocoa will check the nooks and crannies of the inn - behind the bar, and in the rooms, helping out Gae-Al with his search as well.
