"…Good grief. Does the little guy know people usually die when they get hole in their body?" Gintarou almost starts to believe that Mist is immortal. It's so easy to imagine that the Halfing picks up his severed head and complains that the axe blade is dull.
…And here comes a hermit crab. It's a big one and looks not very happy about it's broken home. " …So it's not an undead and looks edible. Not bad. Well…if he's not friendly. We can push it into the statue room and roast it there."

Kraven's eyes go wide with the possibility of so much food in front of him but he doe snot like the through of his food being larger than he is. So he quietly steps into the shadows so as not to draw attention to himself.
The Hermit crab is staying in the corner, and is snapping, they do not move to you, but anytime anyone moves a little more to them, they snap a little harder and in the direction of who ever moved. Where do you go? What do you do?
"Oy, Gintarou-donor, why don't you see if he wants to wrestle? Sometimes oversized beasties just need a hug," Mist suggests helpfully, with his head sticking out between two of his meat shields.
"Or we could try sneaking around the corner to the hall leading to the pool and the exploding room of death...?"
"Aye, let's see if there's another way outta here." Zan backs away from the crab slowly. "Er, very carefully. Kraven, you care to look ahead, lad?" (Kraven should still have BI 1d6)
As they ease around the corner, keeping an eye on the crab, Mist (staying well-shielded in the middle of the group) mutters, "Yeh, Birdman, if you can make sure it's safe, I'll swim down to see if there's another way out through the pool."
"…Maybe we should try an approach from a different angle." Gintarou takes a block of a handful of ration from his backpack. He tries to throw it and stops, takes a mouthful bite then throws it to the front of the giant crab.

"So you're interested in it? Are you hungry, big boy?" Gintarou enters the great chamber. He moves toward the room of death and fire, throws another ration. This time more close to him.
Kraven continues to stare the the walking food thinking of waves to cook it, but the size of those claws might not make it worth it. He then listens to his companions and slinks into the pool room and takes a look inside to see if there is anything there.

"I don't speak crab itself but I know something similar," Druquilla responds to Aubric's question as she walks towards the giant crab as unmenacingly as possible.
"Hold friend, hold," she calls out to the crab in Aquan adding in some clicking sounds similar to what the crab made. "We are not food, if you are hungry eat this." Druquilla pulls from her pack some of her rations and tosses them close to the crab but aim in the opposite direction of Gintarou.
"Let us leave and we will not disturb you ever again," she continues as she slowly walks towards the crab while staying out of its striking distance.

The crabs snaps are getting more and more aggressive as Druquilla moves closer, it ignores the food.
I did post this before the way you all came in is caved in.
Kraven as your looking around in the pool room you think you notice something odd about the pool of water, a plant moving at the bottom, from the angle your at it goes in and out of the pool.
"…Alright. It seems this guy isn't so hungry after all. It doesn't attack us but only blocks our way out…humm. " Gintarou puts the food away and moves to the pool room. "Kraven-dono, did you find anything interesting? Is there a bypass in that pool?"

"I do not suppose anyone here speaks crab?"
"Good kitty, ye are..." Zan says gently, stepping one way then another to determine the crab's intent. "Just a pack of travelers steppin' lightly by."

"Yeesh... And I thought Zenix was ugly!" Mist exclaims as he backpedals behind the rest of the group. "Maybe it's friendly and just wants a chat!"

So is that where we are going? To the room with the pool? If so do you look in the pool or around the room at all?
