(FOR real. Or at least give them resistance to all damage while shifted, even magical, to compensate.)
(Yup. I knew going in it wasn't going to be a great long-term plan since it's trivial for anyone to get a silvered weapon to wreck me with in shifted form, but just weakens it SO much. The damage resistance is mostly useless by now since most people either have magical weapons - or count as magical weapons like grianne's wildshape - or else have silver weapons. Realistically I'd be better of just not using hybrid form, since the only benefits are +1 ac and +1 damage, and both are outweighed by the silver vulnerability against anyone but Grianne.
Hell. It'd even be okay if you didnt lose the damage resistance when they had a silvered weapon, so the resistance and vulnerability just canceled each other out to take normal damage instead of double)
I didn't have enough hit points to handle Grianne in Snake form then try to fight a magic user that still had by my calculations half of her hit points in normal form.
Congrates Grianne

(Pff, she had like 6 hp left in snake form, I just hit her for 54. And I'd have been helping!!! Since it would have been in my best interest for her to go down first as well since I had you cursed :P)
Indeed though, congrats to grianne on the victory. Came down to a close match.
(Haha. Yah, the brooch was worthwhile that time. But sadly, so far has only helped the one time, while the vulnerability...has been a much bigger problem :P. Woudla been a really short fight for calgin I suspect if I'd not had the brooch. Polly proably would have hit me instad of grianne with his wand too...)
Ordre of the Lycan would be so much better without the silver vulnerability :(
Yeah that is what puts me off from it. It looks like a lot of fun but that silver vulnerability is deadly
(My original plan for the character was the Order of the Profane Soul, but decided to go Lycan for RP reasons after fighting Grianne's bear form in the arena multiple times, knowing full well it was going to put me at a disadvantage after the first fight once people knew to get silver weapons)
I was going to drop wildshape and toss another fog cloud. Giving you both a middle finger against my 19 ac with disadvantage to hit me while I threw DC cantrips at you.

For the last match of the day we'll see our level-2 competitors. The match will start in about 24 hours.
To win... 2... Control Points. Four flags (¥) around the arena can be captured by beginning and ending your turn within 10 feet of the point while ensuring your opponents are kept away.
The time: 3, Night. Torch and Dancing Lights illuminate the arena, but dark corners wait in every nook and cranny. Checks that rely on sight will suffer disadvantage even with Darkvision.
Powerful magic users move through the arena lowering the terrain and creating structures with their magic. They Stone Shape, Transmute Rock, Mold Earth, Fabricate, and Create or Destroy Water. They Create water in barrels and barrels. It rains and pours. They Create ships and docks as the battlefield floods, leaving in their wake, a calm harbor with Anchored vessels. If there is water and/or wall (~/=) on three or more sides of you, you are in the water.
