Eldin quickly sends a message to the local tavern owners to be ready for them. He then gathers a some mugs from the kitchen and pours a bit of each kind of local ale into a different mug. He then hands the mugs with the various drinks to Roondar.

"Here. Just bought some of the local ale varieties."

(oog the pooling tips will be between the servers, the bartender would have his own tip jar. but both would be getting gratuity for each work week. )

so here is how pay is gonna work. a percentage of profits will be divide among all of the workers. what that means the better you and the servers do the better your pay and your tips will be. josias walking around back of the bar grabs two mugs and start pouring 2 drinks. slides one to him (warm milk and honey) or you can go with the straight amount base salary with tips. you can of course make money other ways as well. i wont stop you from betting and fighting in the arena. looking back at the brewmasters door. you do have experience working with nobles? its required when in their presence upstairs to be on best behavior. please if anything happens out of your control do not hesitate to get ahold of me eldin or adair. he sips his drink. with a warm look on his face.

well i your going base salary its 75 gp a week plus tips. eyeing his drink . hope you put the right mix in there not to curdle the milk. roondar told me it would happen with whiskey. your lucky you dont have to share your tips unless we get another bartender. sipping a little more on his drink. so how do you think you would fair with the nobles that you would be serving?

famous huh. what makes it select? reaches his hand out for the flask, with the look of may i. when would you want to start. as i said you can start tomorrow. but we are opening today and i will be behind the bar with you today to see what kinks need worked out.

"Try it and you'll find out! But I warn you, it's very potent." He brings a bottle from his same sack and pours him a shot. "I can start as early as today."
