(So regret not knowing about Haka. Wou'lda so done that earlier. Maybe even them my character differently. XD)
As the last of the ice coating melts away, so too does the spirit responsible for it detaches from the Aasimar's form. He bids Mazara a final salute, and as a final act comradery takes transports another wing of radiance over to Sha'kar. Trusting in it deliver the celestial boon, Mazara moves to 6D still blazing a living beacon of divine power and thensome.

He spoke in a tone conveying two voices at once as divine fire began once again consume the area around him.
Healing Light to Sha'Kar for: 6 HP regained.
Voice of Loki: (1st level)16(DC 13 Wis Save) psychic damage, and must use reaction to move full movement away from Mazara. Save for half and keeping reaction(on Coma).
Coma suffers an additional 4 points of radiant damage from the above spell.
End Turn: Mazara(1/2 due to resistance) take 2 points of radiant damage from Angel Trigger.
(Used one dice more than spell slot allowed. If allowed to keep above roll mines the

Sha'kar throws up a shield as the flying snake tries to bite him, stopping it in his tracks. Unfortunately the shield isn't enough to stop Cultic's whip, causing him to cry out in pain.

Sha'kar's shadow blade vanishes as he loses concentration on the spell when cultic's whip hits him.

Sha'kar moves across the area towards Coma, passing directly by Cultic but keeping out of Zumric's range. Once he's gotten a better view of his target without trees or boulders in the way, he pulls back his arm and launches his blade at coma, then yanks his rapier back off his belt in case he needs it. The blade vanishes after hitting (or missing) Coma.
(I should be able to move over coil's body, then straight down to N7, keeping me out of melee range with zumric, but still inside Cultic's reach to not give up an AoO)
Attack: 14 Damage: 13 psychic
(No idea what coma's ac is, but guessing 14 doesn't hit. assuming that's true, lets try adding bardic inspiration: 1)

Vurnic summons a jagged shard of ice that explodes near Cultic (Dex save DC 12 or take 11 cold)
Mazara's radiant light washes over the battlefield affecting Sha'kar and Coma each very differently. Coma keeps withstands the pain, and Sha'kar's is lifted.

Runthiel wakes some time later in the HMO tender from the battle, but comforted by the weight of 1040 gold. He also gains 5500 experience.
Scarab is brought below to select his prize. He earns a purse of 2400 gold and gains 11000 experience. Inside the prize room...
Tier 1:
"Take any one item. We're well equipped." The room contains every item from Chapter 5 of the Player's Handbook weighing 70 pounds or less, armor of varying sizes, instruments, tool kits. There are also spell scrolls, every first level spell is present (as well as spell scrolls of a level for which a magic user of the characters new level would have slots for), and an encyclopedia of knowledge. Reading these books will grant you proficiency with any one tool kit or any one language, depending which book you choose. The books are magically infused to allow easy retention, but the magic is lost once used.
Upper Tier:
The victor may choose instead, an item from a magically infused chest that summons 10 randomly selected magic items to choose from (rarity determined by level). Alternatively they may exchange a magic item for another item of their choosing of the same rarity or lower, if the administrator has the requested item in his extensive collection. "You name it, we've probably got one somewhere."
