Even as you catch your breath... a large wagon appears over the hill you had just crossed. The sun is low and a team of men are silhouetted against a red sunset.
The owners of the wagon are swearing and sweating at least as much as the horses they are forcing over the hill.
They haven't noticed you yet as far as you can tell.

OOC/OODM - I searched the 'Dice rolls not yet available for this section.' error message. A very disturbing Marilyn Manson type had the same issue, and apparently it was solved. At least she said so after rebooting. Then she went on a frenzy and ate all the orphan babies.
Silver will carefully creep up to the area of the forest the goblins attacked from, wanting to make sure they're really gone... Willing to loot whatever the dead ones may have had if they were left behind.
Kathrine inspects the slice across her side, where the arrow broke through several of the links of her chain mail. Deciding it is not too bad, she wraps the slice with some cloth, then moves among the others, checking for any serious wounds.
As the wagon appears, coming towards them, she tries to get some insight on their intentions...
OOC I sent PMs to characters who are doing things... if that interrupts flow too much, I could simply post what has been found/out, but started this way so that you have choice of what to share and in your own words. Feedback is always good

"Should we help them?"
I have a weird sense of humor.
I also make maps.(That's a link)
Any PC may give a Perception check, as they squint into the dying light, attempting to make out the colours and alliance of the waggoneers.

History and insight checks if preferred, whatever is your character's forte.
And that's a wrap until another day...

I'll take the 19 you rolled the first time.
The waggoneers are struggling to bring the wagon over the top of the hill you recently came down.
Cail laughs out loud and relaxes his guard. He knows this band of players.
He chuckles to himself about the terrible play-wright who supposedly leads this bunch of actors.
What do the other players chose to do?
Rowen will get back on the road with the others but keeps an eye on the people with the wagon, his eyes shifting back and forth between the 2 groups.
Silver will carefully creep up to the area of the forest the goblins attacked from, wanting to make sure they're really gone... Willing to loot whatever the dead ones may have had if they were left behind.

Insight: 24 Guidance: 1
Alarion is going to inspect the area, and if any goblins escaped, try to track them.
Survival: 11
"I hated their performance of Twelth Night. Does anyone have a tomato? Preferably rotten."

You would still have the benefit of the bond Kathrine set up between you and Silver, so can add a 1d4 to any save, attack or ability check.
Ok, then 13
Rowan continues to watch the wagon and the struggling horses and men cresting the top of the hill, still several stones throw away.
Silver slinks into the forest, cat ears pricked forward, approaching a fallen Goblin.
Katherine observes the body language of the distant waggoneers, listens to their tone of voice and begins to pick up on the odd word.
Alarion investigates the area. He finds evidence of where one of the goblins must have been hiding.
Cail looks for a rotten tomato. A quick search of what’s left of yesterday’s lunch turns up…?
OOC having a busy Saturday, bear with me?
Is there a trail where the goblins fled?
If not, Alarion's going to head over and greet the wagoneers.
Those who are watching the distant wagon may begin to sense an ominous trend.
Katherine's wisdom has picked up on it. She can tell the party?
