Evo and Azaka decide to head the other way to see what's up on the other side of the shrine. They find that it is just the other side of the labyrinth, eventually leading to a door which looks the same as the one on the other side.
Neither of you notice 2 pressure plates in that hallway, and you each step on one. It's the same axes from the ceiling compartment mechanisms like on the other side.

Evo, you take the blade off your shield once again.
Azaka gets the blade in her chest. "Ah hah! The blades are not silver!" and she is immune.
Azaka says to Evo"RRROOOAAARRRR! More plates! I can't believe we missed those! Ah well, at least we know where they are now."
Meanwhile, Alton from your experience it seems this stone door is not trapped. It's quite large, but when you try and open it you find that it moves rather easily and is not locked whatsoever. It brushes across the floor and you see what's behind it:
An empty chamber with a pedestal in the middle.
A small ornate stone cube rests on its surface.
Orvex says "A puzzle cube!! It has to be the cube of the trickster god I’jin, who was represented by an almiraj!"
Azaka would try the door on her end and she'd also find that it opens and so the party meets up in the room with the cube.
As Eku flies into the room and gets in range of the cube with her magic, she says "Everyone. The cube has abjuration magic surrounding it."
Orvex says "Hmmmm. Yes I suppose that would make sense. This confirms it. This HAS to be a puzzle cube."
He looks enthusiastically at the party and waits for someone to grab it.
Yes Phillip you're definitely not sure if the cube or pedestal is rigged.
Evo raises his shield as Eku gently picks up Got-miraj in the air with her tail and brings him up to the pedestal.
Orvex winces...
Azaka readies herself...
Got-miraj, you use your cute little paws and reach out for the cube. You squeeze it between your paws and lift... and it easily comes off the pedestal.
Got-miraj, please make a perception check.
Eku gently lowers you down to the ground. So Got-miraj you have the cube in your paws right now.
Got-miraj drops his form and becomes a large half orc again, holding the much littler puzzle cube in his paws. "Fork, I heard a click... that might have triggered something. Maybe re-armed those tiles on the way in? Be on the alert, and lets get moving out if this is all we're here for? Eku, if there's any magic signatures that weren't there before, let us know, yeah?"
He'll pocket the cube for now and prepare to move out.
"If we're not sure on traps, I can... call on help."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Phillip looks slightly panicked at the sudden change in mood, “Aagh!…”, he manages, before he can compose himself for the hurried escape.
Personally, he will let Eku go first but is then happy to go. He’ll have his shield up and be ready to cast. He’ll hop over any pressure plates we know about and leap the entire tile puzzle.
He’ll also try to keep a lookout for anything that has moved or changed!!
Gotur pockets the cube, explains about the 'click' and the party leaves the chamber.
Eku would say that she gets no new magical pings. The only one she sees is the aura around the cube that Gotur now has.
Once the party gets back to the tiled hallway avoiding the pressure plates in the mini maze, Eku also confirms there's no new magical pings on the tiled hallway.
The auras that were originally around the almiraj tiles are still gone from before.
Phillip, you bound the tiled hallway with one leap. You didn't notice anything has changed, although you did again notice the 4 holes in the wall, 2 on each side of the hallway.
Eku would fly over the hallway joining Phillip at the other side.
Eku would be willing to help people cross again, similar to how she helped Evo before, if one or more desires. Will require a STR check though from Eku and the person holding her. One will have to succeed on the check. Or, Eku could try and constrict.
Orvex watches on, a bit nervous now with what Gotur has said.
(He's not so fast to go stepping on the tiles now is he!)
Phillip and Eku would see 2 almiraj's outside looking at them as well.
Also, will you pay any attention to the tiles you're landing on as you take your steps? If not, I will roll a d4 for each 5ft square to determine which tile you step on within each 5ft square as you run across the hallway.
Evo, you cross the hallway stepping on the tiles you've mentioned. You hear a distinctive click each step you take, more than when you were dropped on the tiles the previous time.
Nothing else other than the clicks happen.
You make it across the hallway and join Eku and Phillip across the other side.
You now also see the 2 almiraj outside, keenly looking at you.
Orvex shouts "Fantastic Evo!"
What's next?
Map is updated with Evo's movement as well as footprints to show where he stepped! :D
Alton will move forward towards the door, doing his best to see if there are any traps or hidden surprises waiting for the group.
Investigation: 17
Then, if it seems safe, he will just try to open it like the last door, but if it’s locked will produce his thieves tools and get to work.

"Well. Aye. Good to know. Ouch. Aye'm normally more perceptive."
He waves across the room to the others.
"Maybe someone that can grab it unexpectedly? Somehow?"
Phillip takes a looks at the cube on the pedestal. “Hmm… magical you say? Yep yep yep?…”. He tries to check for traps, magical or otherwise…

When you took the cube from the pedestal, you heard a faint click from the part of the pedestal that it was resting on.
Got-miraj drops his form and becomes a large half orc again, holding the much littler puzzle cube in his paws. "Fork, I heard a click... that might have triggered something. Evo will just run through the tile section with his shield up.

The left side of the hallway (from his perspective) and he will step on, in this order - monkey, zebra, warthog, giraffe.
(Trying out the not predator angle)
((Edited above, forgot the zebra!))
Evo, you cross the hallway stepping on the tiles you've mentioned. You hear a distinctive click each step you take, more than when you were dropped on the tiles the previous time.
