Ramming with what? Baldur's Gate Desscent Into Avernus has a page on their Infernal Machines (big cars from the Mad Max films, essentially) that talks about crashing/ramming. Does that help?

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
Some creatures like a giant elk have a ram attack. In general these attacks can do damage even if tyou do not move towards the target but creature also has the charge ability which can increase the damage of the ram if they run up to the target and make a ram attack.
Unless a creature has such a feature running into them causes no damage.
There is an optional rule in TCOE that says if one creature falls onto another the creature that isn't falling makes a dex same and on a fail is knocked prone and the fall damage is split between the two creatures but I assume that is not what you mean by ramming.
A creature ramming into another creature, would size or speed add extra damage? And what dice would it use, would it be a set damage?
Mechanically speaking, that would just be an Unarmed Strike. The size of the ramming creature wouldn't be affected by that creature's size or speed... the only factors would be whether or not they have a feature that increases the strength of their Unarmed Strikes, a feature that gives them a boost to damage after moving, or if they fall at least 10 feet onto their target as part their ram.
It's one of those "Gameplay > Simulation" designs... even if something makes logical sense in the real world, it will often not work that way in D&D for the sake of gameplay balance. Otherwise everyone would just play as Tortles and Goliaths bodyslamming their way through every combat, if they can essentially weaponize their movement in addition to all their regular attacks and features.

I am not even sure you can say it would work in the real world, if the most effective form of unarmed combat was to run as fast as you can into an opponent we would see a lot of that on MMA and a bullfight would be almost a guaranteed win for the bull. The chances of anding such a telegraphed attack is very slim. Much better tactics it to get withing 5 ft of them then feint and weave trying to find an opening before attacking.
ramming damage does it exist? and how does it work? please give the specifics

There is the Charger feat in the Player's Handbook. Generally not very strong, though.
Besides an unarmed strike, there’s a shove. Describe it really cool, and I might give advantage on the roll.
