Dim, greenish light spreads within a 30-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. The light spreads around corners, and it lasts until the spell ends.
When a creature moves into the spell's area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, that creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d10 radiant damage, suffer one level of exhaustion, and emit a dim, greenish light in a 5-foot radius. This light makes it impossible for the creature to benefit from being invisible. The light and any levels of exhaustion caused by this spell go away when the spell ends.
So my questions:
1. A successful save doesn't make the creature immune to the spell, correct? So a creature that successful saves on a turn would still be required to save on their next turn if they enter or start their turn in the area.
2. Once a creatures fails a save the greenish light and effect applies for the duration of the spell. Further successful saves only affect the damage and level of exhaustion; it cannot remove this condition of the greenish light.
3. The effects of exhaustion and the light apply if the creature leaves the sphere. I.e. a creature who failed the save still can't benefit from being invisible if they run from the area as long as the spell is active.
Is my reading of the spell and above comments accurate? Thank you for your guidance. Cheers.
1) Yes, any time the conditions for the spell (first time entering the area in a turn or starting your turn in the area) are met a creature must make a saving throw against the spells effects.
2) Correct, succeeding the save only prevents the damage and gaining a new level of exhaustion. Glowing with dim light, being unable to benefit from the Invisible condition, and previously gained levels of exhaustion persist until the spell ends.
3) Correct, these effects only end when the spell ends.

.. and if you can come up with a way to keep a creature in the sickening radiance while it fails the saving throw 6 times, it will die.
