How would you rule, if I want to cast Cure wounds on my invisible ally? It has range of Touch, but I cannot see my target. Is it automatical to touch my ally even though I cannot see him? Is there some check involved? Or maybe I cannot cast it at all?
Cure Wounds doesn't require saying the target, only touching the target is required.
You would have to know where your invisible ally is though, which can be a problem if they are actively hiding. If they aren't hiding and standing next to you groping out in their direction to touch them should be trivial. Presumably your ally can see you and wants to be healed.
There are two different but similar sounding concepts with respect to casting spells:
Sometimes you have to see your target in order to cast the spell on them. The spell description will always explicitly say that this is a requirement if that applies.
There is also the general spellcasting rule that you must have "line of sight" to a target in order to actually target them. The actual rule uses the phrase "clear path" to the target, which is good because it helps to avoid this confusion, but many players use "line of sight" interchangeably with this concept (even though they probably shouldn't since actual "sight" is not technically required by the clear path rule).
The point is that if actual sight is required the spell description will say so explicitly.
Thank you all for your answers. I think it is clear to me, that for Cure wounds I do not need to see my target, I just need to touch it.
If my ally is invisible and not hiding, then I know where he is, I can move next to his location and attempt to touch him with the spell. And here it is not clear how does this work.
If he also sees me and wants to be healed, he can help me locate him, I guess then it would not require any check, right?
But what if my ally is invisible and paralyzed at the same time and cannot help me find him with this touch spell? What then?
Then you're still assumed to be aware of his location enough to make the touch. While Invisibility is still a strong buff combat-wise, it's not on the same level you get in other places where invisible = undetectable.

I would rule Cure Wounds normally since it doesn't target a creature you can see necessarily.

It's worth noting that in 5e being Invisible does not prevent others from knowing your general location unless you have also successfully hidden.
