Hello everyone, I didn’t understand if the creatures affected by the spell must remain inside the radius of the spell in order to maintain it’s bonuses, or the bonuses last also outside the aura once gained. Thank you

The benefits are applied when you cast the spell and remain on the affected creatures for the duration, regardless of how far away from you they go. 

The spells gifts a holy aura to the creatures - it's not an aura on you (unless you choose to be affected by the spell, which you can do). 

Tacking onto that, compare Holy Aura's wording to Warding Bond which specifically lists getting more than 60ft away as an ending condition. So any spell that doesn't specify a distance that has to be stayed within after casting is good to go.
