Question about using haste while under the effects of 2 levels of exhaustion. For example, my regular move speed is 30 ft, but due to exhaustion is at 15 ft. A player casts haste on me, so I am back to 30 ft of movement which I use. Then I use my action to dash 30 ft. Then I use my 2nd hasted action to dash for another 30 ft. 90 ft total of movement. Am I good? Or would the 2 dash actions only get me 15 ft of movement each because of the exhaustion?
Yep. That is correct. Haste increases your speed "the target’s speed is doubled" and dash gives you additional movement equal to your speed "The increase equals your speed, after applying any modifiers." ... including modifiers like haste. So, movement + action dash + haste action dash = 30'+30'+30' = 90' of movement.
