I don't know where else to put this, but I noticed even after the day 1 errata for MM, some blocks like Giant Frog are still wrong.
For Giant Frog it has a 12 Str and 13 Dex, +1 Inti, and +2 prof yet its proficiency in stealth gives it a total of +4. Additionally, in the print it has a +4 to attack and does 1d6+2 damage. The errata changed the +4 to a +3 to attack but this doesn't actually fix the stat block. They damage simply doesn't match the attack now.
My fix- Change Dex to 14 or 15, this brings the Inti up to +2 and makes the printed bite and stealth correct for a Dex based creature
Alternative: change damage to 1d6+1 and stealth to +3
Why i am against the alternative: without the increase to dex the giant frog lacks a real increase from a normal frog (which clearly works as a dex based attacker) despite the rest of the stat block indicating that a giant frog can move faster and jump further than before. Frogs specifically get an ability so that their jumps are standard and not based off Str. Frogs Dex was 13 and Giant frogs are the only dex based beasts that didn't get a dex improvement from regular to giant form.
Thank you for coming to my TED Talk and lmk what y'all think.
Errata: Please note that there is an errata with the release of the Monster Manual. These changes have been implemented in the game data listings and the compendium. You can find all the changes below:

I didn't know that. Where have the errata been published?
It was release in a Changelog - - D&D Beyond ;
I can see missing from the errata the Carrion Crawler Paralyzing Tentacles action that should be a Constitution save to not auto-fail Dexterity one.
Thank you so much, Plague!
