The attack doesn't list a DC for the poison damage in a bite. Is there a save possible for the poison?
No, there's no save, it just happens.
This is part of a general design trend in the 2025 Monster Manual where a lot of these rider effects attached to monsters' attacks no longer have separate saving throws, but just automatically happen when the attack hits. This makes the monsters' basic attacks a little more threatening while also streamlining combat a bit by not having as many rolls have to happen every time a monster does something.

If there's no save listed, it's automatic. It's just damage, after all.
Thank you. I was wondering if it was a new design direction.
Yea they made the damage automatic instead of behind a save but they also halved it (and kept the rider).
