Moving through any creatures space is considered difficult terrain.
You can move through ally spaces.
You cannot move through enemy spaces.
If a creature is at least 2 size categories difference then they can move through a creature's space?... Is this just allies, or even enemies?

One thing I'm unclear on is how difficult terrain works when only part of the creature needs to pass through difficult terrain. I'm pretty sure a Huge creature still treats a Medium creature as difficult terrain, but what does a 5' patch of difficult terrain actually do to a creature with a 15' space?

I don’t believe the rules give us a definitive answer. The answer I think is closest to RAW is that every 5’ movement for which some part of the huge creature’s space is over the patch of difficult terrain costs 10’ of movement.
If I were forced to adjudicate it during play, I might rule that a huge creature could ignore one square is difficult terrain (as it could a medium creature), but that larger patches would still impede it.
I've seen some DMs' when a Huge creature moving through the space of two sizes smaller creature that creature being stepped over needs to make a Dex Save avoid getting trampled on for bludgeon damage.

Anyone. Giants walk over tiny folk, tiny folk run between the legs of giants.
