I think that Circle of Stars druids are extremely efficient as Healers.
Enter Chalice form through Starry Form:
Whenever you cast a spell using a spell slot that restores hit points to a creature, you or another creature within 30 feet of you can regain hit points equal to 1d8 + your Wisdom modifier.
This gives extremely powerful, versatile healing when combined with Healing Word, because it allows you a free Cure Wounds on a different target every turn if you want it, and it's all conducted at range. My Circle of Stars druid (level 8, Wisdom 20) does the following:
Enter Starry Form before a combat is likely to begin. If not, turn 1 is spent entering Starry Form.
Turn 1, when nobody is really in need of healing, cast Healing Spirit at level 3 or 4, providing (7) 2d6 or (10) 3d6 healing to party members who move into it, then try to get behind some kind of cover.
Turn 2 onwards, when someone needs healing, move out of cover, cast Healing Word for (7) 1d4+5 healing, then follow up with Starry Form (no action) to heal for a further 9 (1d8+5) hit points. Cast a cantrip - usually Frostbite for my druid, to try to impose Disadvantage and 2d6 cold damage.
The average healing for a turn with a 3rd level Healing Spirit up (tripped by just one ally) is 7+7+9 = 23 points of Healing. Pretty good given that it's all conducted at a 30 foot range.
I tend to reserve the 4th level spell slot for Polymorph in case someone needs an emergency 157 hit points of Giant Ape shielding.
Twilight Cleric is so good it's boring to me now. I say go Celestial Warlock. Their healing light ability is one of the best healing abilities in the game and they can be built in a lot of interesting ways.

Plus the Healing Pool they get is NOT a spell so you can use it as a BA and still cast a big spell as an action!
Pretty crazy how good it is yeah....
I think outside of that you pretty much need MC Druid/Life Cleric to match it.

Yeah it's so good Optimus. Suck on that healing word. Big, big fan of Celestial Warlocks.
