A 20th level zealot barbarian can be brought back to one hp by a healing word every minute, being invincible until their rage ends. They fight until round 9, then are healed to 1 hp or more, enabling them to end rage to start another one. Resurrection is also free for them, and creation bards can resurrect anyone for free.

Not entirely invincible; it only helps against death by failed death saves. It won't help against instant death (though I don't think anything in the game can do enough damage to a 20th level barbarian to pull it off), effects that kill at 0 hp, or effects that kill with some other constraint (such as a shadow or intellect devourer). Not a ton of creatures that can accomplish any of those things, though.

A pseudo dragon can kill one, but as long as the barb is healed every minute, then Tiamat can't. Logic!

How would the pseudodragon do it? I'd be amazed if the barbarian could fail the save against its poison.

Anything that can make the target unable to take actions for long enough for enrage to expire and not be renewed should do it, but yeah, I don't see that happening with a psuedodragon.

The best is a party of level 20 necromancers who have taken a castle for themselves, used guards and wards, maintain a well equipped skeleton spec-ops gang, and abuse create homunculus/magi since they don't lose max hp.
Speaking as a player, none of these teams of PCs seem like they would be much fun to actually play, unless wandering around the universe as demigods appeals to you. My humble opinion.
Imagine this with me: 5 Paladins - some are vengeful, some are ancient, some loyal to the crown, some on conquest.
There's not enough heat metal in the world to still deal with them.
Sure there is. Just lob 100 magma mephits at them.
I dunno, imagine 5 druids shape changing into a bunch of ancient dragons. They would destroy entire cities in a heartbeat. Or 5 wizards true polymorphing themselves into ancient dragons.
Or even better, a wizard true polymorphing into a dragon. True poly doesn't even seem to limit any monster features for example dragon shapechange back into a humanoid.
And it seems that if you drop to 0 in permanent poly, your transformation ends and you are still a very much living wizard. Lvl 9 or dc 19 dispel would end it, though.

^^^^^^
I went with paladins instead of the 5 druids, because all druid partys and campaigns can still be a lot of fun, and I didn't want to discourage them just because at high levels its ridiculous. The all paladin party, is ridiculous off the bat.

Remember that Aura of Protection doesn't stack, though, so no +25 to all saves.

between aura of protection and 5 paladins and only 1 needs to cast circle of power. Don't see that doing much good.
There's no save against the damage from heat metal, so neither aura of protection nor circle of power is relevant.
You'll notice that message is in response to, and quoting, about Magma Mephits...
But to your comment, that was incorrectly identifying the subject of the message, there is a constitution save in heat metal to "not drop" the object that is heated. So, circle of power *could* be relevant to that. If we're doing pedantic messages just for the sake of trying to prove people wrong instead of contributing to the topic.

Nobody said it did. Nor was it implied that it does. just stating the fact that no matter what, an aura of protection is likely to be in place unless all 5 are incapacitated. +5 to saves is a lot. Add in circle of power, Advantage is a lot. So thats now Advantage, and the +X (we're assuming +5 for arguments sake). DC 11 Dex save doesn't seem so bad under those circumstances. if you have to make 100 of them, you can feel good you'll succeed more than you'll fail.
On top of that, if you have paladins with five different oaths, that can translate into a bunch of extra auras, granting immunity to charm, resistance to spell damage, boosted speed, boosted initiative bonus... All that's going to make the party a lot harder to kill, right?

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.

Good point. Sleep has no save, though.

Power word kill? Disintegrate? That would destroy your build.

I am not sure about a whole party, but a monk way of long death would be hard to kill, and a grave cleric seems good at keeping allies alive.
Half-orcs have that relentless endurance ability that is super useful. Halflings luck ability would also be great.
