I am playing a barbarian and plan to go down the path of the totem warrior, but I would also like to multiclass into fighter. I am gonna have barbarian be my primary class, but which fighter subclass would be the best to pick if im trying to be brute strength and not really any magic.
I mean, battlemaster is the best fighter class for giving you useful tricks, but I'm not sure what you're expecting to get out of taking fighter levels here. The two classes have a lot of domain overlap. Action surge and second wind may be nice, but are they really worth slowing down your class progression for?
I agree with jl8e. Stick with pure barbarian at least to 5th level for extra attack. If you want to dip into fighter, I'd recommend one or two levels for the Action Surge / Second Wind / Fighting Style.
If your heart is set on getting a Fighter subclass that also doesn't have any magic, then your choices are Champion, Cavalier, Battle Master, and Samurai.
Champion is boring and Samurai will compete with your bonus action, so I'll chop those to start. Battle Master is the classic Fighter choice, giving you plenty of options to build your character exactly how you want them to fight. It's really really good. The Cavalier is great specifically if you want to build the classic MMO style tank who protects their teammates from getting attacked. You get to make special Bonus Action attacks on an enemy when they hit your allies, and you make your allies take less damage when they get targeted. I personally really like it, but it's a lot more conditional than the Battlemaster.

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
It depends on your preferred fighting style. If you want to focus on using Reckless Attack then Champion is pretty good because of the expanded crits which synergize with Reckless and Brutal Critical. If you want to do grappling then Rune Knight is what you want mostly for the Giant Size so you can grapple f--ing dragons. If you want more options in combat Battlemaster is your best choice - though a lot of the maneuvers don't synergize well with Barbarian so be careful which you pick.
Samurai is just a waste on a barbarian since you've got Reckless Attack, and you're better off taking the Sentinel feat than Cavalier.
I may be wrong, but if Cavalier if the one that is good for mounted combat then I couldn't use that since I am gonna play as a centaur. But I think battle master may work good, so thanks!

Cavalier has one lvl3 ability that makes them better at mounted combat, but all of their abilities work whether mounted or not (and most of their power comes from the normal abilities, the mounted combat is sort-of a ribbon). I'd still highly recommend at least looking at it, though the Battle Master will be hard to beat in terms of versatility.

Cavalier is amazing for supporting your party members who are in melee combate with you. That said I enjoy Rune Knight and it complements Totem Barb nicely.
