I am playing a lvl 20 really cool The Revived, and am wondering if i could blid somebody with 10d6 necrotic damage. is that possible. Necrotic damage withers the flesh and soul, nut im wondering if there would be a saving throw or something for it or what. Does anybody know?
Who says it hits their face? There’s nothing in RAW for calling shots to target a specific body part. And even if it did, there’s the old hit points are an abstraction representing fatigue, ability to roll with a punch, blah, blah, blah, not just how much punishment a body can take While 10d6 is a good amount of damage, it doesn’t necessarily translate into physical punishment.

Enjoy my magic items, spells, monsters, my race, and a few feats. And GIVE ME FEEDBACK... or else.

If a feature is intended to blind the target, it'll say so. Bolts From The Grave doesn't say so.
The Forum Infestation (TM)
fair. I just like to take logic into account, and 10d6 damage to the face feels like it would blind somebody. u know what i mean?

If a spell doesn't specifically say that it imposes a condition on a creature, then it won't.

If it does not say it blinds them it won't.
See if your DM wants to use Combat Options from the DMG, specifically the Injuries and Massive Damage entries.
Don't lose an eye yourself! Good Luck.
