I get that. But Argynvastholt exists in Barovia, so it's not like dragons don't have any presence. Plus it would make sense for them to try and put all the currently active UA's into one book (as of now, 2/3 are pretty much confirmed. I refuse to believe in a possibility that the Undead Lock and Spirit Bard are not in this book.) The Dragon UA doesn't make a ton of sense, but it also doesn't not make sense either. Plus, hey. Dragons are scary.
It wouldn't be their M.O. to publish subclasses that haven't seen UA at all, but I'd be pleasantly surprised if they did.
I don't think dragon Monk or Ranger make much sense unless there's a Domain of Dread that's dragon-flavored. The Bard and Warlock would seem to be shoe-ins, but I have to wonder if there's one or two more subs in there that haven't been released as UA.
Cautiously, I would say that the subclasses will be limited to the Undead Warlock & the Spirits Bard.
But who knows...they might surprise us.
Fighter could use a gothic-styled subclass...maybe Paladin. Some kind of Occultist? A Grave Robber? A mad scientist for Artificers...?

I honestly wish they would from time to time. Obviously they'd need to take extra care to playtest thoroughly, but...too many trailers can kill your desire to see a movie, you know?

Do you think, like Tasha's, they might try to fill out the subclass roster by reprinting and slightly reworking subclasses from SCAG (like the Undying warlock and Way of the Long Death monk)?

unlikely to be more than 2 subclasses unless they do a rework on one of the old ones and the Undead is already like a soft reboot of the Undying.
Its looking like: 2 subclasses, 1 background, and 3 lineages....which is not a lot IMO.
Theros had about the same and I felt the same about it...the piety and gifts section are not very setting agnostic so its harder to implement in a non-Theros game.
They keep padding these books with DM "tips" that are barely anything of substance except for like 1 out of 6 chapters.

I mean, that's about standard for a setting, really. Most of the book is giving you a game world, the character-building options are just kind of a flavor-matching bonus.
I love the Eberron books so hard. Wildemount was also really solid. And it's an unpopular opinion, but I even though Ravnica was a pretty well put-together book. Haven't had a chance to dip into Theros yet.

For Theros that was true but Eberron and Wildmount had more I believe....
Wildemount had 5 races, 3 subclasses, 15 Spells, 2 backgrounds, Magic items, and creatures. So more player options and they still have a ton of DM options with lore information and adventures.
Eberron had 17 races, a whole new class, magic items, 1 background (Which is really like 12 backgrounds since its one that works for any of the houses and is slightly different depending on the house) and a whole mess of lore including group patrons which was good enough to get reprinted in Tasha's.
Eberron and Wildemount had a LOT more player options and I think they are leaning towards a more DM heavy book with this one...but based on the DM content they have had before I am hoping it is not underwhelming.
I am just saying these other sections likely need to be of high quality for me to consider it.
It will be interesting to see how the Lineages will be written up considering how short the survey was available for. Either way, we will know definitively how they will be handling them going forward once this book comes out (or gets leaked).
I really want the Undead Warlock, but I must admit that I am extremely curious as to what the print version of these Lineages looks like.
I cant see them changed at all, basically Reborn is Warforged if you go construct of course you could even be a cyborg half flesh and half construct.
Yeah, I don't know how much they would have changed them considering the very short time they allowed for playtesting prior to opening the survey.
The book will be our first look at officially published Lineages and what WotC may be printing in future publications. That is where my curiosity lies.

I hope that it contains at least as much content as say EGtW or ERftLW. Both were both really good books in my opinion.

Eberron is hands down my favorite book in 5e. Wildemount was also pretty solid.
