Good morning fellow dnd players, i am wondering how lycanthropey affects my players game stats in dnd beyond and in general. Trying to find direct info is frustrating and i would like some.
1st Question, Does my player get Immuntiy to Slashing peircing and bludgeing when in there human form?
2nd Question, Does the player transfrom into a literal wolf statistics and everything?
3rd Question, Is it Werwolf stat block and then Wolf stat block?
Please help me out.

"Anyone can smith at the cosmic anvil, yet only I can forge a weapon as good as thee."
I'm not sure there is a RAW answer to this. To my memory, the only acknowledgement of lycanthropy basically says that you lose control of your PC once a month as you transform - it becomes under the control of the DM. Other than that, it's really up to the DM.
My take on your questions:
I'd say no, at least not at low levels. Immunity to pretty much anything, especially slashing/piercing/bludgeoning is just way overpowered. Unless you're being hunted by werewolf or vampire hunters...it's just too problematic to work around. At higher levels...maybe? Many monsters get magical attacks anyway...I'd have to look at what you'd be facing and see if it would just be easy-mode or not.
Upto the DM. I'd probably use the Werewolf stats when you transform.
I'd keep your character stats for your normal form, then werewolf when you transform. If I were concerned about power levels being too high, I'd use Wolf stats instead for low level.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
The main take away, as with most things, would be to speak with your DM to see how they want to run it. If you want ot play as a Lycanthrope of some description the more "table firendly" option might be to opt for a Bloodhunter from the Order of the Lycan (link here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/classes/blood-hunter).
1. You get the immunity to non-silvered non-magical BPS in all forms.
2. There are two transformation options (wolf and humanoid-wolf hybrid) with stats for both in the MM werewolf statblock.
3. I don't believe you use the wolf statblock, because it lists stats for the wolf form on the werewolf statblock, instead of saying to look at the wolf statblock.
There are quite a few past threads on lycanthrope that you may want to search for to provide some incite to your situation.
If you are a player talk to your GM on what it means to be a lycanthrope in their game.
If you are the GM you should ask some hard questions on how it fits into your game? Is it simply a power up? Are there drawbacks or only benefits? Is it simply rage+? And how does it affect balance in your game.
There is a Lycanthrope character in our gaming group who is used for drop-in oneshots, and the general premise that seems to go down smoothly is that they are not immune to nonsilvered attacks because that would be way too powerful, even when they're a bear or werebear. It's largely used for flavour.
If I go down the lycanthropy route in my campaigns I have a ruleset I'm building up for them which will make they actually balanced as PCs, (hopefully) so I would use that.
I'm curious as to how you'd balance that, at least without nerfing the stats or abilities of the PC.

I have a cunning plan! And it plays well into how Lycanthropy is supposed to work, which is cool. I'll brush the dust off the project and try to get it finished!
Pure homebrew, but I stagger the bonuses by level so low level lycanthropes aren't quite so OP
At level 1. The character gains the lycanthrope’s speed, actions, traits, and AC in nonhumanoid form that don’t require equipment.
At level 3. The character gains the lycanthrope’s stat increase and natural attacks, such as its bite or claws, which deal damage as shown in the lycanthrope’s statistics.
At level 5. The character gains resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks that aren't silvered.
At level 11. The character gains immunity to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing from nonmagical attacks that aren't silvered.

You want the monster manual entry for Lycanthropes.

My answers
Question 1. No. You don’t.
Question 2. You can change into a wolf or a wolf-person.
Question 3. You would use the werewolf stat block for both forms.
I really like D&D, especially Ravenloft, Exandria and the Upside Down from Stranger Things. My pronouns are she/they (genderfae).
