So I have an idea but I'm needing to know how I'd be able to do it but so which class would be best or even able to use magic the gathering cards as spells in addition to the regular spells or as the spells if anyone would be able to help me that be awesome
You'll find re-flavoring to be your friend here. As there is no class that features MTG cards as well as there is no system for incorporating them into the game as spells, you have two options.
Option 1: work with your DM to create an entire system/class for this from the ground up while taking great care to ensure the end result is still balanced in play-- this can take weeks to months depending on how quickly you're able to playtest.
Option 2: re-flavor your spells as MTG card spells. Look for instants like Fireball and Lightning Bolt that are already dnd spells and use those, then look at other cards that you think sound similar to dnd spells and ask your DM for permission to just say "hey when I do X, it actually looks like [insert mtg card]."
Some work has sort of been done by WOTC, here's a link to some pdf's called planeshift which goes into some details about a 5e version of the MTG planes/universes that include races (including MTG Vampires and Merfolk) and monsters but overall, as perviosuly noted, it'll just be a case of reflvaouring the exsiting spells/classes.
I'll link ot the WIki as it has all the pdf's done so far but dont forget the Guildmasters Guide to Ravnica and Mythic Odessys of Theris also exist too.
