I had an idea for a feat like this because i have a character that i dont' want to multiclass into Rogue to get a feature like this, and i thought maybe others would be interested. I'm posting it in the forums and not straight into the homebrew collection of feats because i'd like a little feedback first.
Pickpocket/Kleptomania
+1 or 2 to Dexterity. +Proficiency/expertise in Slight of Hand and/or Deception.
The feedback i'd like is the And/or stuff. the 2 dex might be a little too much, and proficiency in 2 skills also might be too much. You guys let me know!
Devious serpent folk devoid of compassion, yuan-ti manipulate other creatures by arousing their doubts, evoking their fears, and elevating and crushing their hopes. From remote temples in jungles, swamps, and deserts, the yuan-ti plot to supplant and dominate all other races and to make themselves gods.
There are already a few feats that operate in a similar design space (enhancing a particular aspect of a single ability), such as [feat]actor[/feat], [feat]observant[/feat], and [feat]keen mind[/feat].
So setting up this feat in a similar way would make sense, to me.
For example:
Increase your Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20
Advantage on Dexterity (Sleight of Hand) and Dexterity (Stealth) checks when trying to pick pockets and get away unnoticed
Some minor benefit that isn't duplicating what some other feature from class/race/other source can do that fits within the theme, like being able to take two small objects at once or plant one while taking another.
That way the feat isn't overly limited in what sort of character would take it (i.e. any character that is meant to be good at picking pockets would find it appealing, not just ones that aren't getting Expertise as a class feature)

The Dexterity score increase should only increase by 1.
Remove the "and" from the "and/or" in between sleight of hand and deception.
Maybe replace deception with stealth.

Look at the Quick-Fingered feat from the Skill Feats UA.
