In this example I am playing a Necromancer Wizard.
At level 6 I summon undead with a +3 damage bonus as well as bonus health.
I can change their health as needed but I can't seem to add the +3 damage and I don't seem to be able to change their load out. I E I want to change the Skeleton short bows and armor scraps for Longbows and Chain shirts. Is this impossible in DnD Beyonds current state or am I missing something?
Currently just tracking it manually (which is fine) but wondering if this is possible on the official app.
I'll use this advice for my artificer homonculous too, hopefully when that goes from UA to official there will be an easier way to deal with scaleing summons

The best way to manage this currently is to create yourself a homebrew monster with the stats you want.
You don't need to publish it and you can use the existing monsters as a template, so it's just a case of tweaking the bits you want to change.
The product team are aware that it would be cool to have monster damage properly scale, which is something that's on the "to do list".
