So I was thinking about how people always talk about full casters being better than melee fighters. Can be true, but besides the point.
What creations have people made with tinker's tools, or even just threw together for combat or something cool. Maybe some kind of exploding sword, or a bow that ignites arrows or something, since it is a game of creativity. I had a character that carved out some wood, got a torch, rope and a lot of springs to create a makeshift fire cannon, that burned the rope when you lighted the torch. It didn't do much damage, but helped in a scenario of running out of spell slots at low level.
