I'm sure most of the people who use the random character generator feel that way. But those people are also the minority of accounts (most people build their own characters).
I know but for us minority it would be a (hopefully) small fix that would make it much more user friendly. So I figured I'd throw it out there. :) Thanks

Something I've sort of figured out, is that the only "small fixes" are typos in the compendium. Anything that involves the character sheet requires a member if the dev team to stop working on the current big project(s) (which is encounter tracking, mobile character sheet app, and variant class features UA).
As for how small of a fix this is, it depends on their infrastructure (which as I understand it is actually rather inconvenient and unoptimised, something else they are trying to fix little by little). The character sheet already has a toggle for enabling and disabling different settings, so they would just need to write a new series of code to make the randomized able to recognise and use the tags involved for that, design an adjusted user interface, code the new setting toggles and how they change the randomized, bug and quality control test to make sure it works without crashing anything, then push the changes and remain on standby for new bug reports. For a team, could be done in a few weeks to a month (maybe longer if there are complications).
