I am a DM and want to assemble the MM pages that I will use in a Dungeon so that I can find them easily during play on my windows laptop. It appears that the only way to do this is to create an Encounter and then use the DDB App to access it, assuming that there is a Windows 10 app for this. Is there another way?
I don't know. However, I want to point out that there isn't a Windows App for DDB, only Android or Apple. You'll have to do it through the website, if you're running Windows 10, I'm sorry. Or use your tablet or phone.

If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.

People have been asking for this feature over on Accessibility Feedback, and the devs have said they're interested in doing Bookmarks for the website, but I don't think they'll do it anytime soon. You can bookmark the individual statblocks and pages in your browser bookmarks, though, and the mobile app does have a bookmarking function.

Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.
Understood. Thanks for getting back to me! I'll just wait for the Bookmark feature. In the interim, I will use the Encounter feature. However, please let the Dev's know that features like this would be a big plus. It would be great if we could have all of the specific supporting information for an adventure (MM pages, maps, NPC's, etc.) at our fingertips during play.

If you are on windows, then you can simply create a document with all the relevant links to the dndbeyond monsters for each encounter.
Word, Evernote, OneNote might provide the ability to have clickable links (notepad doesn't).

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
