I have a spider that says that if you quit or if you take an opponent down to zero you get a second attack now my question is does that count if you critically hitting times if you just keep critical hitting do you just keep attacking or can it only happen once say that you roll a nat 20 or 19 and so you get a critical hit then you roll for your 2nd attack and get a 19 or 20 again do you roll a 3rd time and just keep going tell its not a 19 or 20 or is it just good for that 2nd hit?
I may have a little problem understanding, though it may be a language barrier.
What I think you may be asking, is about the Great Weapon Master Feat. One of the features is On your turn, when you score a critical hit with a melee weapon or reduce a creature to 0 hit points with one, you can make one melee weapon attack as a bonus action.
In this case, it says the extra weapon attack is using your bonus action. You only get one bonus action on your turn. So, you wouldn't be able to keep rolling crits and getting free attacks. So, depending on what you are asking, see what the second attack counts as. It may say a reaction, a bonus action, etc. Typically, it would not allow to keep benefiting from continuously critting.
From what you are describing there is a difference between landing a critical and getting an "Additional" attack and a "Second Attack"
If you get an additional attack, then you get another attack in that period. As D4rkwolfe described, Great Weapon master specifically says Critting allows you a SINGLE melle weapon attack as a bonus action.
From what you described it says specifically a "Second" attack, meaning no matter the circumstances, you would only get that addition for a Single Attack after their current one.
As also in aggrement with Davedamon, I do not see a fighter ability that allows you to get an additional or second attack after critical hitting, just the Champion ability that allows you to crit on 19 and eventually 18.

My PC is a champion and does have heavy weapon master as well as duel wielding ability feat he gets 2 attacks anyways i was saying that could you not get 2 critical hits then take 2 more attacks then if you were to roll nat 20s or 19s that would make those attacks critical hits then on a kill that makes another attack with both weapons and on and on and on do you see what i am saying or am i reading this wrong?

So lets break down what each of those abilities themselves are:
Two-Weapon Fighting
When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative.
If either weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon, instead of making a melee attack with it.
Dual Wielder
This does not really give you any effect as a per attack, two weapon fighting just allows you to attack as a bonus action with a weapon in your other hand, as long as you are wielding two weapons. As a result you can use two longswords with two weapon fighting, you just wont get any bonuses based off of the attack from a bonus action.
Great Weapon Master
When you reduce a creature to 0 hitpoints or your Critically strike them (Nat 20, 19, 18* for champion, 18 eventually) You can use a bonus action to make ONE melee weapon attack again as normally. What this means is if you kill 2 creatures, or you crit twice, you still only get a single attack as a bonus action. This is an OPTION. you do not HAVE to do it. The attack this way works better than two weapon fighting because you still get your bonus to the damage from the attack.
You must remember, you only get a single BONUS ACTION per turn as stated below:
Essentially you have options to Attack two times, and depending on what you roll, you can attack a third time as a bonus action with or without your damage modifier (unless its a negative).
You do not need either the two weapon fighting style nor the dual wielder feat to gain a bonus attack with your off hand. RAW doesn't even require you to hold a simple or martial weapon in your off hand, (PH p.195.) The only requirements to gain the bonus action off hand attack is that you "ATTACK with a light melee weapon" & be WEILDING a light melee weapon in your off hand. Example: you pick up a rock or bottle in each hand. (Improvised, light, thrown 20/60) without feats or styles your primarily m/rwa (no + for proficiency bonus but stat mod still applies) does 1d4 + stat mod bludgeoning damage. Then for a bonus action you may attack with your off hand weapon; the m/rwa still receives the the stat mod for the attack, but is only applied to damage if the mod is negative.
Comparitively, if you're unarmed or have natural weapons, (neither of which are WEILDED,) you do not gain the off hand bonus attack unless some other feature (like Martial Arts) grants it. Note the second bullet point of Dual Weilder does allow you to make a damage attack with a shield-as an improvised weapon, though it's likely your DM may rule that doing so trades the feat's +1 AC for the shield's regular AC for the round.
There are a few ways to get extra attacks. The spell Haste allows a single extra m/rwa (NOT a full attack action which may include multiple attacks.) Ranger subclasses tend to add an extra attack under special conditions.
Bonus attacks are great, especially with two handed weapons. In addition to Great Weapon Fighter, look at the berserker Frenzy feature and war cleric War Priest feature. (Note that War Priest grants extra bonus action attacks per long rest-this does not grant extra bonus action attacks in a round. There is no way to gain more than one bonus action in a round.)
How about a great weapon in each hand my PC is a Minotaur and so would be big enough to weald 2 great axes then attacking with both i would have 4 attacks if i got 2 crits making for mass damages
Playable Minotaur's are medium sized creatures not large. Even if they were large a greataxe is a two handed weaopn. Even dual wielder mentions one-handed weapons.
What your mentioning is homebrewed or theory craft. RAW, nope. Most people here play by the rules, and to be honest most DMs aren't allowing a PC to dual wield d12 weapons.
What your describing might be ok for a NPC big bad, but as a party member doubt that it'll be allowed. If you got a DM that allows it more power to you.
...also great weapon allows you to make an extra attack as a Bonus Action. If you hit multiple crits you still only have one bonus action.
So no. No dueling greataxes nor multiple bonus actions.
I think you question has been thoroughly answered...and now you know. *PSA music plays in the background*
2 2-handed weapons would require a character of size Large; to my knowledge there is no approved 5e PC races of that size.
Volo's guide have a few that might fit the bill though- they are M size but treated as L for a few things. It's really a DM call, but expect to be disappointed if you plan to take the character to a League game with another DM.
Even if you have 2 2-handed weapons though, (assuming you have the Dual Weilder feat,) you don't get 2 attacks with your off hand. You get 1 bonus action a round- which can be 1 off hand attack, OR a bonus attack from GWF OR a bonus attack from War Priest feature.
Carrying 2 big 2-handers into battle really only gives you an edge as to how likely you are to get a bonus action.

I can't see any fighter ability that lets you take another attack when you score a critical hit. What ability are you referring to?

Various Class Features, Spells, and other Abilities let you take an additional action on Your Turn called a Bonus Action. The Cunning Action feature, for example, allows a rogue to take a Bonus Action. You can take a Bonus Action only when a Special ability, spell, or other feature of the game states that you can do something as a Bonus Action. You otherwise don’t have a Bonus Action to take.
You can take only one Bonus Action on Your Turn, so you must choose which Bonus Action to use when you have more than one available.
You choose when to take a Bonus Action during Your Turn, unless the bonus action’s timing is specified, and anything that deprives you of your ability to take Actions also prevents you from taking a Bonus Action."
