lmao I would totally be down if DnDBeyond released a bunch of source content on Noxus, Bandle City, Demacia and that kind of thing. The only problem I can see with a wave of League of Legends content being released is that it might not appeal to the demographic. Sure Runeterra is a fantasy world with many cool aspects, but when people start asking where it comes from and find out its based on a 'video game', they may not fully appreciate as you or I do.
As long as the LoL community at large doesn't suddenly get a nerdboner for DnD, it should go pretty smoothly. After a couple years of existing, the LoL playerbase started getting extremely toxic, and it has only gotten worse since then. We don't need that in DnD.

Why would that matter? If there is content that fandom enjoys, it will only bring more people to D&D.

A caffeinated nerd who has played TTRPGs or a number of years and is very much a fantasy adventure geek.
I this content a 3rd party content or an official one?
Seem to me that they are way more powerful that other regulars subclass options.
non cannon, its not intended to be used in a D&D campaign unless the DM says so. I personly would only allow it if I was running the runterra campaign.

Yes, and probably may want to stick to those options too.
Either way, I'm totally stealing some of the monsters to sprinkle into more cannon games. A Drow Gunslinger with [Tooltip Not Found] support seems fun.

It's not a reasonable comparison.
If the LoL playerbase is toxic and you play a game online, you're putting yourself at risk of playing with said toxic players. That's just how it works.
There can be 10 million ******** playing D&D. So long as you know the 5 - 6 at your table are not one of those 10 million, I see no issue.
Can we get a yordle race?
"The Epic Level Handbook wasn't that bad, guys.
Guys, pls."
