I have always thought about having a character that uses just his fists, kicks and especially head-butts using no other weapons, any guides to what class I should choose and what subclasses (without doing the Monk class) as far as I know there are know actual subclasses (that I don't know of) that are devoted to unarmed attacks. Also any ideas of what race too?

REMEMBER: Wizards Of The Coast does not own DDB, they are two different companies. When you buy a physical book, WotC receives the money you bought it for, not DDB and vice versa. If you want a digital key to get an online book for free because you have the hardcopy book then DDB makes no money because you don't buy off DDB you buy off WotC, so please stop making threads about this issue. DDB needs money to continue helping people and servers aren't cheap.
As you include Headbutt I think your profile pic gives your the answer: Minotaur (pg18 of Guildmasters Guide to Ravnica) with Barbarian might be your go to race/class for this one. You get +2 Str, +1 Cons and your horns deal 1d6 +str damage for head butts, you can use your action to dash and headbutt as bonus action and can make a shove attack as a bonus action after you take the attack action.
Maybe take Grappler as a feat to bear hug creatures whilst you headbutt them into next week.
In the game I am currently playing one of the characters is a half orc multiclass fighter 2 /sorcerer 3 with low intelligence. He fights in combat by punching things and 'stuff happens' IE when he hits he uses shocking grasp or whatever cantrip to affect the target. He has a celestial sorcerer so he also heals by punching his friends and using cure wounds so they 'just get better'. It is hilarious in play.

Yeah, he has a 19 AC, not sure about the material spell components though. So far the ones I have seen him cast have all been just verbal and somatic components such as shocking grasp.

Tavern Brawler Feat + Dwarven Babarian with Path of the Battlerager

Rob76, match this up with Path of the Beast for maximum ridiculousness.

I was thinking more Path of the Depths for some extra utility and teleportation shennigans.
