So far? Dungeons. We have a master who is in charge of our group but doesn’t fund us, just tells us to collect pieces of a certain type of creature and the reward will be in the lair. I tried bringing the idea to the table about trading and making a profit from that, except it’s a bit out of the way and would drag our journeys a bit.
I’m not a fanatic about Tal’dorei but the book is good for knowing where to buy or sell your trade goods to make a profit, DM permitting. The map gives a lot of good info for it so I reckon when our next campaign begins I can bring the idea forward again as a steady income. Obviously, there are a few dangers involved with such a thing...
Most of it comes from dungeons but the Prefect of the town (Roman equivalent of Mayor) has offered them coin to clean out some orc and goblin infestations nearby.
