I would appreciate feedback for this creature, the Cave Drake, as this is my first time publishing a homebrew creature.
Cave Drakes are large subterranean lizards, distantly related to true dragons. Hard spines run up their back, and their stony scales help them blend into their cavernous habitat. Their favored method of hunting is to cling to cave ceilings, lying in wait for prey to pass by before pouncing onto them and tearing them to pieces. For prey that holds up against their initial attack, they spray caustic mist from their throats to blind their prey in order to make them easier to handle.
Spider Climb. The cave drake can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Surprise Attack. If the cave drake surprises a creature and hits it with an attack during the first round of combat, the target takes an extra 14 (4d6) damage from the attack and must make a DC 16 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Stone Camouflage. The cave drake has advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks made to hide in rocky terrain.
Actions
Multiattack. The cave drake makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one creature. Hit: 16 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage.
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) slashing damage.
Caustic Breath (Recharge 5–6). The cave drake exhales caustic mist in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 31 (9d6) acid damage and being blinded on a failed save. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage with no additional effects. A blinded creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

It is incredibly vulnerable to WIS/INT/CHA save-or-suck spells but otherwise looks fun.
