The bonuses are overkill and all over the place. A +2 weapon is already really good. You went and added immunity to a condition, expertise in three skills (including Perception) and the same gimmick as a legendary item (Defender.) I'd bump it up to legendary rarity or start reining in some of the benefits. I'd also start cutting out anything non-essential because it does a bit too much.
I'd suggest replacing immunity with advantage on saving throws against being charmed, replacing expertise with advantage, and cutting the Defender gimmick altogether. If you feel strongly about keeping the expertise, I'd give the weapon charges that'll activate that feature for a limited amount of time (e.g. 3 charges, 1 hour each) Maybe have the weapon grant a flat +1 AC instead of functioning as a Defender. It's meant to be a defensive weapon, but you've made it good at both offense and defense.
As a warlock you get a +1 weapon at really early in the game so a +2 is really not that awesome. This is not meant as a low level weapon after all but a midrange (end of midrange maybe). The Defender is not good enough to be a legendary item considering the other items in that rank. The Defender is also a +3, where this is a simple +2 The fact that this weapon is a sentient weapon and has the inherit risk of the wielder to lose the attunement gives the weapon. I would like to have it that if the person is proffisient in a skill it goes to expertise but if they are not its just a proffisiency bonus. But what I can see that is not possible to do in homebrewn items on the site. I changed this to a +2 flat bonus.
Advantage on Charm I can understand and have changed

On reading the flavor text, I have a differing opinion: it's an artifact; do whatever you want. Do adjust rarity as appropriate, though.

*It having already been fixed once (or twice) by the time I read it* I don't think it is too powerful. I think it is just right for legendary rarity.
I'm not sure if this works, but try selecting "twice proficient" in modifiers - bonus for the "if proficient get expertise" quality.
Sadly it dont. I tried :)
I noticed that there's an option for expertise and another option for double proficiency. What's the difference?
Also, since it's a glaive, give it to a powered-up oni and let the players earn it the hard way :)

none sadly.. dont know why its in there..
