So basically I'm creating a magic weapon. I don't know how to make it so you can add charges and consume them. the way the weapon works is that it has the ability to add a charge to it up to a maximum of 5. but you can expend as many as you'd like for additional bonuses. in addition the damage output increases for the amount of souls stored. I'm slowly getting better with navigating the homebrew items and creating them but things like this are still beyond me. Any help is appreciated!
Under “Additional Details” there should be a box titled “Charges” where you can set the max number of charges. Unfortunately, unlike with spells, you can’t make an ability expend charges.
