I like the idea of a pacifist class. I don't get the "dredge" name source. Maybe call it peacekeeper? I like it so far. As I too am trying to homebrew a class, I understand the difficulty. Also I have no idea on how to properly balance so... :) can't help too much there.
To start with you violate a whole bunch of rules that apply to all classes, such as the Proficiency Bonus Progression. It starts at 2 and maxes at 6. Almost every ability as by itself overpowered, and you often gave out TWO of them per level. As a general rule, when you get a class ability, you do NOT get a sub-class ability.
HP are very different and not in a good way.
Standard is dX + Con, with X being maxed at level 1. When you change your Con, you retroactively add/Subtract HP.
You choose to do it weirdly, which will cause issues. Among other things you add proficiency bonus which frankly is abusively high . You also worded it wierdly for the auto done, making it look like:
(1d4 ) OR (2+ your con + your proficiency bonus)
rather than :
(1d4 or 2) + con + proficiency Bonus
---------------------------------
You worded armor weirdly, just say Light, Shield
No such thing as improvised weapon proficiency. Explain what you meant to do there
3 saves is abusive. Typically it is: 1 common save (Con, Dex, Wisdom) and 1 uncommon save (St, Int, Cha). Merely letting them get 2 common would be strong, allowing people to get all three of the common saves is too strong.
Skills again is a lot. Typically they get somewhere between 2-4 skills from a restricted list, you gave six skills and let them pick any. Keep in mind that race and background often add more skills.
Then you gave them the express ability to learn as many languages and and any tool skill they wand, with just a limit of time.
Barter is reasonable, a good class ability.
Skillful is abusive. +1 to every stat AND raising the limit to 22? Either of those by themselves would be a powerful ability. At 20th level, Barbarian gets +4 to three skills, and raises the max to 24. As such, I could see the Skillful being a 20th level class ability, not a 1st.
If Helping Hand was 1 per person per long rest, it would be reasonable. Compare with Second Wind from fighter, level 1.
NImbul Helping Hand should make it 1 per person per short rest and turn it into a bonus action. That would good.
Combat Experience WOULD be fine except you let them double their proficiency bonus. Definitely abusive. Drop that and it is good.
ASI. Why? Just why? Every other class gets 2 ASI or a single feat, what reason did you have to give this already overpowered god twice what all other classes get? At least do what they did with Fighter and give them out more often rather than double the sane amount?
Quick Thinking is a reasonable ability, it is basically Action Surge, only you give it out three times. As long as they are limited to only one Quick Thinking in a single round, it is OK. Also, any level they get Quick Thinking they should get NOTHING else. No fighting style, no other feature.
Armor Technique is reasonable.
Dumb Luck is not overpowered per se, but it is a bad idea. It can also be abused if the DM is not strict, i.e. "Damn, I got Disdvantage. Hey Pete, you (*&^@#, you hit like a girl!"
Fighting Styles is reasonable.
Showing Prowess is not abusive, but makes the game boring for others.
I need help reviewing the following class: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XuvFe1XovUup9SY9HqVg8G9QJEvhAgFG2IWuI2mdlL0/edit?usp=sharing
