So which subclass would you recommend me? I like being able to get creative with solutions using tools, physical capabilities, spells, ect as long as I get tools to have fun with honestly.
Drunken master gives you the ability to perform and to dodge very well. Sun soul lets you attack at range of you need to. And if anything has resistance to fire, then not a problem as you use radiant.

Huh alright those actually sound pretty fun, uhm could you google way of the desert wind monk? It’s a homebrew and wanted some opinions on it after finding it. If need be I can link it just let me know, seems to be an interesting monk aesthetically.

I would say way of Shadow, sun soul or drunken master. Lots of fun, and lots of creative things to do.

I know shadow can teleport and use some spells but what creative uses do sun soul and drunken master provide?

It is ok, but I would say for the second ability, it should cost a ki point for the extra damage.

"Open Hand" is a nice way to lean heavily into "Flurry of Blows"...which most people like to do when they first play monks.
Just kick back, relax, and knock people on their butts or across the room.
"Shadow" can be fun, in that you are teleporting to ANYWHERE within 60ft that has darkness...which to a creative player, is nearly everywhere.
I once witnessed a Shadow Monk appear from an enemies' own shadow, for example...which is neat, because they get advantage on that first punch.
It could also be used for spying, pickpocketing, sabotage...
Honestly any monk choice would fit your bill. Monk is a “utility/support” class.
Watch me on twitch
I would have to 2nd this suggestion. It all depends on what you want to get out of the class.
Shadow: Scout, spy, battlefield movement, decent damage output
Sun Soul: Ranged spell monk, stay at range, more aoe than a normal monk
Kensei: Able to go both ranged and melee, being able to dish out damage and avoid some
Drunken Master: Bob and weave through a room and frustrating attackers, make someone hit someone else as a reaction
Long Death: Pseudo tank like abilities, hard to actually kill
Open Hand: Battlefield control and decent damage
4Elements: Use the popular rework and it makes you a more versatile sun soul type with better spell options
I would say the monk is an effective class with very fun subclass options and get better the more creative a person is.
