You can't make a firearm your pact weapon, so you wouldn't be proficient with it. That would keep you from using your proficiency bonus or Charisma modifier for attacks.
But I'll fight you with the same character, after you make some adjustments.
Actually, I made it my pact weapon as well and it says any weapon I summon with my pact weapon feature can be my hex weapon.
"You can use your action to create a pact weapon in your empty hand. You can choose the form that this melee weapon takes each time you create it. You are proficient with it while you wield it. This weapon counts as magical for the Purpose of overcoming Resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage."
Unless you took the UA eldritch invocation, you cannot choose a firearm as your pact weapon.
You can take a ranged weapon as a pact weapon through Improved Pact Weapon, except that the ranged weapon must be a bow or crossbow, not a firearm. Just to clarify, because I see some person wants to use an antimatter rifle as a pact weapon. Either way, the rules said that firearms aren't allowed anyway. Even if firearms were allowed, I wouldn't recommend allowing an antimatter rifle at this level, because that weapon does a ridiculous amount of damage. You can't use firearms as pact weapons, nor can you even use it in the arena. But you can use a longbow, because I saw you picked Improved Pact Weapon. Just trying to resolve the argument here. Also, I'm not completely sure about purple worm poison. Maybe switch out your purple worm poison for something else, like Serpent Venom, Drow Poison, or Carrion Crawler Mucus. Purple Worm Poison is unfair, because it can one-hit a lvl-3 character even if they succeed on the saving throw.

It's also a dead UA, so it's basically homebrew.
True.
OK, it does say you can turn any weapon into your pact weapon, but it might have to be magic.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I will use my reaction to cast hellish rebuke at second level using my infernal legacy trait, make a dc 13 dexterity saving throw, if you fail you take 17 fire damage, or you take half as much on a succesful save. I will use my bonus action to cast branding smite and use my action to attack with my double bladed scimitar, attack: 14 damage: 8 slashing damage + 11 radiant damage.

So if you fail the save I win and if you succeed you have 2 hp left.

Hellish rebuke only triggers if you're hit, and I don't think a five hits.

Never mind, you missed me so I can't cast hellish rebuke.
Fair enough.
