me and my mate at work were saying today how what with it dice roll type combat morrowind is kind of like d&d as a first person crpg and it got me thinking what with the way npcs are life like and go about random buisness that even without the almost turn based combat oblivion also has a d&d vibe even the tutorial i can imagine the dm saying things like "you enter a cave a goblin cooks rat meat on a skewer"
Skyrim though feels more like a d&d game where the dm is like DRAGONS AND NORDS yeah it lacked the variety where as morrowind had bugs as taxis and alien mushrooms and a man falling to his death as a flying spell goes wrong and oblivion starts with the kings final adventuer and has a world that is a mixing pot of all tamerials races wyich is reflected by the towns all feeling unique but in sky rim they are too similar
Also the persude and lockpickin wasnt as fun in sky rim
Morrowind was defo most d&d like to the poing you could kill quest givers etc
