Begin by drawing a smiley face on the piece of paper using the pen or marker. This will serve as a symbol of joy and amusement.
Place the crystal or gemstone on top of the smiley face, representing the hidden surprise within.
Find a quiet and comfortable space to perform the spell. Ensure you have access to a device with internet access and speakers.
Recite the following incantation aloud:
"With mischief and mirth, this spell I cast, A twist of humor, a nostalgic blast. Bring forth the song, a rickrolling spree, Unleash its power and set laughter free!"
Activate the device and navigate to the internet browser.
Speak the words, "Rickroll, reveal thyself!" while focusing your intention on the device.
On the browser, search for and play the classic song "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley.
As the song begins to play, visualize the joy and laughter it brings to people worldwide.
Embrace the light-hearted nature of the rickroll phenomenon and allow yourself to be swept away by its amusing charm.
Once the song has finished, express your gratitude for the laughter it has brought into your life and the lives of others.
Remember, this spell is meant for fun and entertainment purposes. Enjoy the playful energy it evokes and share it with others who appreciate a good rickroll surprise.
Of course! Here's a more solid and balanced D&D 5e race concept without a head or hands:

Description: The Formless Bolidar are an ancient and mysterious race known for their unique physiology. They have a solid, cylindrical body that tapers at both ends. Instead of a traditional head and hands, they possess sensory organs and manipulative appendages all along their body.
Ability Score Increases: Your Constitution score increases by 2, and your Intelligence score increases by 1.
Amorphous Physiology: You have advantage on saving throws against being grappled, restrained, or paralyzed. You can also fit through gaps as small as 6 inches wide without squeezing.
Multi-appendage Manipulation: You have a number of manipulative appendages equal to your proficiency bonus. These appendages can be used to perform tasks that would normally require hands, such as wielding weapons, casting spells with somatic components, and interacting with objects. However, you cannot use more than two appendages to perform any one task.
Blindsight: You are proficient in the Perception skill and have blindsight with a range of 30 feet.
Adaptive Form: As a reaction, you can temporarily shift your body's density to gain resistance to either bludgeoning, piercing, or slashing damage until the start of your next turn. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and one additional language of your choice.

Ability Score Increase: Your Charisma score increases by 2, and your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Size: Lepidarians are generally taller and more slender than humans. Your size is Medium.
Speed: Your base walking speed is 30 feet. You also have a flying speed of 40 feet.
Butterfly Wings: You have large, beautiful butterfly wings that grant you the ability to fly. You can use your butterfly wings to hover in place, but you can't fly if you are wearing heavy armor.
Fluttering Charm: You have advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks when interacting with creatures that are fascinated or impressed by your unique appearance.
Sensitivity to Environment: Your keen senses allow you to notice subtle changes in your surroundings. You have proficiency in the Perception skill.
Gentle Nature: Lepidarians are peaceful creatures. You have proficiency in the Insight skill and advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Languages: You can speak, read, and write Common and Sylvan.
Feel free to adjust the details and traits to fit your campaign and world better. Enjoy your adventures as a Lepidarian in the world of D&D!

Special Traits:
Keen Senses: The Felis Arcanum has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell or hearing.
Spellwoven Pounce: When the Felis Arcanum makes a pounce attack against a target, it can infuse its attack with magical energy. On a hit, the target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be stunned until the end of the Felis Arcanum's next turn.
Innate Magic: The Felis Arcanum can cast the Mage Hand cantrip at will. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence.
Evasion: If the Felis Arcanum is subjected to an effect that allows it to make a Dexterity saving throw to take only half damage, it instead takes no damage if it succeeds on the saving throw, and only half damage if it fails.
Magic Resistance: The Felis Arcanum has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.
Pounce: The Felis Arcanum can move up to 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hit it with a claw attack on the same turn. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the Felis Arcanum can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.
Feel free to adjust any of the values or abilities to fit the power level you're aiming for in your campaign!
Languages: Common, Celestial, understands all languages
Challenge Rating: 30 (155,000 XP)
Special Traits:
Divine Aura: Lord Whiskerfluff's mere presence exudes an aura of protection. Allies within 30 feet of Lord Whiskerfluff gain advantage on all saving throws.
Reality Bending: Lord Whiskerfluff can manipulate reality itself. It can cast any spell from any class list, and its spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can also modify spells on the fly, changing damage types, ranges, or targets.
Nap Time: As a bonus action, Lord Whiskerfluff can take a nap, healing 50 hit points per round for 3 rounds while becoming immune to damage.
Feline Teleport: Lord Whiskerfluff can teleport up to 100 feet as a free action.
Purr of Inspiration: As an action, Lord Whiskerfluff can purr melodiously. All allies within 60 feet regain 50 hit points and gain inspiration die that can be used on any ability check, attack roll, or saving throw.
Actions:
Multiattack: Lord Whiskerfluff can use its Divine Claw and Celestial Bite.
Divine Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 25 (2d10 + 10) slashing damage and the target must succeed on a DC 25 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Celestial Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 30 (3d10 + 10) radiant damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 25 Constitution saving throw or be blinded for 1 minute.
Certainly! Here's an idea for a homebrew monster that exists outside of reality:
Name: Aetherial Riftbeast Type: Eldritch Aberration Description: The Aetherial Riftbeast is an incomprehensible entity that dwells beyond the boundaries of reality as we know it. Its form constantly shifts and warps, defying any attempts to describe or understand it. It appears as a swirling mass of iridescent colors and shapes that seem to both exist and not exist simultaneously.
Abilities:
Reality Distortion: The Aetherial Riftbeast can manipulate the fabric of reality, causing sudden shifts in space and time. It can create pockets of distorted reality that alter the laws of physics within its vicinity, making it difficult for attackers to predict its movements.
Dimensional Phasing: The creature can phase in and out of reality at will, making it intangible and impervious to most physical attacks. It can only be harmed when it chooses to fully manifest in our reality.
Cosmic Gaze: The Aetherial Riftbeast can fix its gaze upon a target, causing their perception of reality to unravel. This results in confusion, hallucinations, and a loss of sanity for those unfortunate enough to be caught in its gaze.
Anomalous Aura: The creature emits an aura that distorts the laws of magic and technology, causing spells and machinery to malfunction unpredictably within its presence.
Weakness: The Aetherial Riftbeast's connection to our reality is tenuous. Its weakness lies in its vulnerability while fully manifested. When it chooses to fully enter our reality, it becomes susceptible to conventional attacks. However, its shifting form makes targeting specific weaknesses a challenge.
Encounter: Encountering the Aetherial Riftbeast requires a combination of clever tactics and the use of counter-magic to disrupt its reality-distorting abilities. It might be drawn to areas where the boundaries between dimensions are weaker, such as places of great magical power or ancient ruins.
Remember, this is just a starting point, and you can customize the details and abilities of the monster to fit your campaign setting and gameplay preferences.

Could you make one of a challenge rating 30

Creating a Challenge Rating 30 monster is quite extreme, and it might not fit the balance of D&D 5e. However, I can give you an exaggerated concept for a whimsical and incredibly powerful house cat, just for fun:
Languages: Common, Celestial, understands all languages
Challenge Rating: 30 (155,000 XP)
Special Traits:
Divine Aura: Lord Whiskerfluff's mere presence exudes an aura of protection. Allies within 30 feet of Lord Whiskerfluff gain advantage on all saving throws.
Reality Bending: Lord Whiskerfluff can manipulate reality itself. It can cast any spell from any class list, and its spellcasting ability is Charisma. It can also modify spells on the fly, changing damage types, ranges, or targets.

Remember, this is meant for fun and not for serious gameplay. A Challenge Rating 30 creature would be way beyond the power level of most campaigns and could easily unbalance the game. Always consider the balance of your game when creating or using custom monsters.
MAKE ONE EVEN MOOOORE POWERFUL.......please
ChatGPT
Of course, let's take this to the extreme! Here's a fantastical and outrageously powerful version of Lord Whiskerfluff:
Cosmic Aura: Omniwhisker radiates an aura of cosmic power. All creatures within 100 feet of Omniwhisker are immune to all damage and conditions. Once per turn, as a reaction, Omniwhisker can redirect any harmful spell or attack targeting it back at the caster without requiring an attack roll or saving throw.
Multiversal Manipulation: Omniwhisker has mastery over all realities. It can instantly manipulate the fabric of existence to achieve any effect. It can cast any spell, create any effect, or rewrite reality itself at will.
Omnipresent Nap: Omniwhisker can nap in every plane simultaneously, regenerating 300 hit points per round for as many rounds as it desires, while becoming immune to every form of harm.
Reality-Warping Teleportation: Omniwhisker can teleport anywhere within the multiverse as a free action.
Purr of Omniscience: As a bonus action, Omniwhisker's purr imparts the knowledge of all things. Allies gain an understanding of every spell, skill, and creature in existence, gaining proficiency in all skills and saving throws.
Eternal Form: Omniwhisker is immune to all forms of damage, conditions, and effects. It cannot be banished, dispelled, or affected by any magic, mundane, or divine power.
Actions:
Multiattack: Omniwhisker can use its Infinite Claw and Celestial Bite.
Infinite Claw: Melee Weapon Attack: +25 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 60 (4d20 + 10) slashing damage and the target is removed from existence.
Celestial Bite: Melee Weapon Attack: +25 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 80 (5d20 + 15) radiant damage and the target is erased from history, leaving no trace of their existence.
As a dm I wouldn't even run the Omniwhisker encounter. It would go something like this...
"As you walk into the lair, you see lavishly decorated rooms, soaring ceilings covered in delicate paintings, and many, many litterboxes. You enter the gigantic final room, and you see a towering bed of plush velvet pillows. When you climb to the top, you find an itty-bitty kitten. It appears to be sleeping. When you look closer, it lets out a roaring yawn that seems impossible for a body so small, turns around, and stares you in the eyes. You think you see a flash of light emanating from inside of them, but you have no time to notice anymore as your soul is ripped from your body and incinerated by the tiny kitten...
Alright then, when will we be starting our next campaign?"
