The ready action enables a reaction with either a movement OR an action during a reaction. I was wondering, is there any way (feat, class capacity, spell, magic item, etc.) which would enable to combine both a movement AND an action during a reaction?

Many thanks for your expertise on this!
Sure. For example, you can Ready the time stop spell, then cast it as a Reaction. You'd get full additional turns, including movement and action.
Well, I was expecting more accessible solutions than a 9 level spell ;) Also, technically speaking, Time Stop does not really enable you to do movement AND action during a reaction IMHO, as it enables you to take 1d4 + 1 (additional) turns in a row. Are there other options available?
Not really unless you make something homebrew. Reactions are suppose to allow you to do a single action. That being said, if you were to find something or make something that allows you to as a part of an attack move without costing you movement then you would be good to attack and move as a reaction. Something Steel Wind Strike, but again that is not 'An attack action and a Movement' that is 'as a part of this attack I get to move without costing me movement'
Maybe. I'm not going to scour every class and subclass feature, but there might be 1 that attacks and gives a little free movement.
Yeah, my brain is bugging me that there's some "if X happens, move up to half your speed and make an opportunity attack" kind of reaction feature out there somewhere, but I can't recall exactly what it might be

As a reaction you can cast FeatherFall on your self, and you will continue to move at a rate of 60 ft down.
Other than that, nothing I know of lets you move and take an action as a reaction - but several things let you take a reaction that both does something and also moves OTHER people.
There is a funny thing where a PHB beastmaster ranger can ready pet commands and this is one of the only ways to get all of your attacks on a ready action. (Multi-attack + 1 free ranger attack.)
I don't know about movement though that's a little more iffy. That takes a deep analysis of what a companion turn really is. I believe there are commands that do not require an action from the ranger at all but are still "commands" to do actions granted to all creatures. Hide, search, ready, " use an object" and "improvised action" are what come to mind as possibilities. it all comes down to how the available actions and movement are spent. (ranger + beast has 2 actions, 2 bonus actions, 2 reactions and 2 movements)
My gut says no out of turn movement for the beast unless you bypass other actions.
commanders strike has some interesting potential to allow a reaction move off of the " commanders attack action" and then they grant you an attack but I don't think its really what you are looking for.

No. There ways to attack and move during a reaction (L7+ Vengeance Paladins, for example), but if you're banning Time Stop as an answer, then you're also banning the Samurai Strength Before Death ability, as that one also generates a full additional turn using your Reaction, and generating full additional turns is the only way in general to take a generic action and movement during your reaction.
I think the swarmkeeper ranger might be able to use the gathered swarm either to try to move the target 15 feet or to move themselves 5 feet on a hit. I don't know if they can do that on a reaction attack (readied or opportunity), though.

Relentless Avenger
By 7th level, your supernatural focus helps you close off a foe’s retreat. When you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, you can move up to half your speed immediately after the attack and as part of the same reaction. This movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
