At this point, I less concerned about the wisdom of doing what I will describe, just whether it is allowed via RAW.
I'm a 7th Level Firbolg Circle of the Moon Druid. I have the highest initiative in my party of 6, the Mummy we are fighting has the next-to-lowest initiative of all of us.
I start my turn prone, 60 ft from the Mummy. I stand up thereby using half of my movement action (15 ft out of 30 ft). I cast a spell (that does not require concentration) on the Mummy. Let's say the Mummy fails his save and the spell hits. As the Mummy has Dreadful Glare out to 60 ft, I want to move further away from that thing so I use the 2nd half of my move action to move 15 ft further away from the Mummy to a place that gives me some level of cover. I'm still worried this Mummy is going to cause me trouble. As a bonus action I use Hidden Step to go invisible. And because I'm really, really paranoid, I fall prone.
Can I do all of these things on my turn? If not, what am I missing?

Well, from your description (save required, 60ft range, no concentration, 7th level Moon Druid) you cast either Frostbite, Erupting Earth, Tidal Wave, or Ice Storm on the Mummy.
The Mummy needs to see you to use it’s Dreadful Glare, so dropping prone is useless. Frostbite is not going to be very helpful because it can’t get to you anyhow in one turn with its 20ft movement speed. Erupting Earth does bludgeoning damage, which the Mummy is resistant to, so that’s not great, same with Tidal Wave. Ice Storm at least does Cold Damage and temporary difficult terrain as well, so that’s my pick.

Sounds like it, I don't see anything that's wrong here.
if I edit a message, most of the time it's because of grammar. The rest of the time I'll put "Edit:" at the bottom.
Action: Cast a Spell
Movement: Stand + 15ft
Bonus Action: Hidden Step
Free Action: Go Prone
Looks kosher to me.
Thank you!

unless you fell prone behind something, Dreadful Glare would hit and you would need to make the save
