Hello! So before I say anything, im pretty new still to DnD so forgive my noobiness.
My character is a Glasya Tiefling who does not like water, ice or fire (despite my infernal blood) and I will be taking the pact of the tome.
But the raven Queen has two spells that revolve around ice. I was hoping there might be a spell or two that are equivalent or comparably similar that I could replace them with. (yes I know this is basically creating a homebrew patron, my DM said its cool, but he's newish too so cant help me)
So any spells that dont use either water, fire or ice are preferred (lightning sounds cool, but open to anything) as long as thier relatively similar overall.
Also, while im asking nooby questions, how would be best to lay out my stats? I will be taking arcana, deception, intimidation and survival (unless someone has a better suggestion) if that matters

IMO, you're a pact of the tome and you're over dumping INT. Arcana is an int check, survival is wisdom. You'd be at flat disadvantage with arcana.
If you were a Bladelock with a similar fiend patron, I could see dumping INT, but not in this case. Suggest moving Dex to 8, staying way to the back and out of combat, move INT to 14. Survival might be less important than investigation, history or religion, depending on how you plan on researching and serving your patron.
You've told us what your character might have for spells or skills, but not how you intend to roleplay them and have them grow. That'll help us help you. :) I wish you luck and success
If your DM is willing you could switch Cone of Cold for Dispel Evil & Good and Ice Storm for Freedom of Movement or Death Ward, I'd also see about switching out Feign Death at level 3 for Spirit Guardians but that's just because I play magic the Gathering and like the spell Revenge of Ravens and spiritual guardians would be the closest I could get to it, Feign Death is also a ritual spell so once you get your book of shadows you could acquire it later on.
Assuming those ability scores include racial bonuses there is something to consider with opting to take the standard stat array of 15, 14, 13, 12, 10, 8 instead if your DM would allow it, as I think you may suffer from having a 5 & an 8. Adding on the racial bonuses of +1 Dex & +2 Cha to the standard array would still give you a solid build along the lines of: Str 8, Dex 14, Cons, 14, Int 12, Wis 10, Cha 17.

Thing is, we dont have any sorta tank so I kinda need to survive, but you make a good point n im considering swapping them.
As for how I intend to role play it? Im not entirely sure the question, but I wanted a raven familiar anyways and while I kbow theres a few ways to go about that, the idea I can actually BECOME my bird sounds really different from the rest and cool!
So I don't think I answered any of your questions lol but ty for helping answer mine

absolutely love the spirit guardians idea! Thanks for the suggestion! Will definitely try to use this! Or will incorporate it into my shadowbook, either way itll be at my command
I "may suffer"... Yes, what an understatement XD
you think I'm happy I rolled a five and an eight? I am not XD but we take what we get. I am however quite happy with my 19 CHA so it works out.

As a Tomelock, your best bet is to avoid melee combat while focusing on board control and ranged combat. Since you're avoiding elemental damage, think Eldritch blast, poison spray for cantrips, if you need melee, shillelagh or booming blade might be of use.
Armor of Agathys is a must get spell, especially if you have no tanks. Saved my tuchas twenty times over.
As to the rest, pick up as many ritual spells as you can to improve your utility in non combat situations. Identify, in particular, is hugely important. Your best bet, long term, is to amp up your magical abilities and get the right magic items to help your survivability rate. You might want to ask your DM if you can have him or her NPC a tank.
