I was looking at conjuration Wizard and read Minor Conjuration. Then it occurred to me,
1- Can you conjure a book that you have/not seen? and if so is it blank or with it's actual letters?
2- Can it be a replacement for a spellbook?
3- Almost same concept for keys, since in the phb it says if it takes damage it will disappear so is the key useless?
What are some uses for this ability without making the DM send a manhunt party after your character just because you break his/her game. It's kinda hard to ask the DM of what i can do with it since i have no idea what will encounter and use the ability for that encounter.

The description is vague. If you have seen a particular key, RAW you can conjure it. Using an object does not damage it, so I don't know why that would be pertinent.
I'd rule that if you want to conjure a nonmagical book, it would not have words unless you had seen the pages in question. I see no problem with storing your spellbook in a safe place and conjuring a copy to memorize your spells, but you'd need the original to copy spells into. But many DMs would probably just say you can only conjure a basic version of an item rather than an exact imitation of a particular item, so you should discuss the parameters.
Rememberit is a minor conjuration ability - it has many creative uses, and great chance for roleplay and flavour and shenanigans. But it should not be breaking the game.
minor conjuration is a great ability as it doesn't require v s or m and as long as you have seen it and within the restrictions giving you a lot of choices of things to do making keen mind perfect for these wizards as you can look at something say your spell book and for a month post that you gain that ability to have an incomporial spell book and if the original is damaged the spells arent lost. its also good for multiclassing with an assasin esque character as you conjure an arrow and now you have untraceable arrow as in the eratta it states if it deals any damage or dealt any damage it disapears a real ice knife. you are also never without a weapon as you just conjure a weapon wherever you may be problem being the eratta but it does work with things like arcane focuses and depending on your dm can be a material component, you can drop sharp weapons onto your enemies, you can open any lock and even create armour and shields around you to buff your allies or even yourself if your imagination (and you have seen these things)is unlimited so is your magic aslong as you can fit it in a 3ft by 3ft box and weighing 10 pounds schrodingers box eh.

1- Its form must be that of a non-magical object that you have seen. Remember, it conjures an item in the form of a SPECIFIC ITEM that you have seen. There is no requirement that you have examined an object fully for the details of that object to be recreated. Per RAW, if there is a sword in a sheath you see, and you conjure that sword, if there is an inscription on the blade you can now read it. Same with a book- you must have seen the book, but need not have read all the contents for it to actually be the book in question, and contain all the writing the actual book contains. In fact, it NOT containing that writing would violate the tenants of the ability, as it Must be in the form of a specific item you have seen, and if it is blank pages, it is not in the form of that specific item, unless the original also contained blank pages.
2- Per RAW yes. You can't record spells in it, but there is nothing inherently magical about a spellbook in this edition, and it could serve as a competent backup to aid in reconstructing your spellbook were it destroyed, or as a travel copy if you wanted to keep the original safely tucked away somewhere. As to why you can't record spells in it, 1) you can't conjure a magical item you've seen, and remember, the minor conjuration is obviously magical. So you can't conjure someone's minor conjuration, and thus any changes you made to it would not be present were you to conjure the spellbook again. Also, it takes 2 hrs at minimum to record a spell, and this is only around for an hour. So again, it can be a backup. Can't be the primary.
3- Keys are a whole different ballgame. Once a key is made, you can actually make a place MUCH more secure by looking at it, then destroying it, and only using the minor conjuration ability going forward. After all, 1) no one else can use the trick of minor conjuring the key if they see it, since again, your object is magical and thus isn't a valid target, and 2) it can't be lost or stolen. Seeing a guard's keyring lets you make a copy, and they are legit keys and work as such. Using a key does not damage it, any more than using a sword does. It needs to inflict at least 1 point of damage to the object to destroy it, which normal use does not, only effects specifically targeting the object for the purpose of dealing damage and AOE effects.
All of the above is per RAW. Keep in mind that RAW literally never matters, DM discretion at a campaign you're playing at is the only thing which does. Per RAW, a rope or folding ladder does not work, nor any object which once 'unfurled' exceeds the 3' per side limitation. Maybe for your DM it does. Maybe your DM prefers it where it contains the information you know, and may be an imprecise or incomplete copy. Maybe your DM wants you to make intelligence checks to try to reproduce the specific items with enough accuracy for it to work in the case of keys or similar objects. Maybe your DM doesn't let conjured weapons or armor actually function due to the 'take damage' thing.
This really is a situation where you should talk with your DM, ask them how they want it to work and what limitations they want it to have, and then try to creatively use the ability within the bounds of what they say. Get on the same page, then when you bust this out, there won't be frustration, or confusion, or bickering, and there won't be a need for concern over breaking the game. I know how it works in my campaign and per RAW. I can't say with any degree of certainty how it works in the campaign you're playing in. Hope that helps.
Thank you guys for the clarification for Minor conjuration. It's one of the subclasses that i avoid as both DM and player as to not be unfair for my players of make my Dm's life a hell. Now whenever i want to play it, ill just show him your answers and let him make his final judgement.
