Weapon (dagger), legendary (requires attunement by a Cleric, Paladin, or Warlock devoted to Runir, Lord of Betrayal & Disloyalty)

“Loyalty is an illusion. You survive by striking first—before the knife finds a home in your back.” -  Runir, Lord of Betrayal & Disloyalty

This dagger is as deceptive as its creator, its blade shifting in darkness like a phantom. Runir forged it to embody treachery itself, rewarding those who strike from the shadows and punishing those who seek truth. Those who wield it become masters of deceit, thriving in dishonor and manipulation, but find that the blade makes honesty feel foreign—trust dissolves, leaving only paranoia behind.

  • Mechanics: When striking from behind or in darkness, the dagger inflicts additional 4d6 necrotic damage. However, the wielder suffers disadvantage on insight checks, also the wielder becomes vulnerable to radiant damage, as the demonic force infects the living force of the wielder.

Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
