When you cast a spell that deals thunder damage or enter a rage, you can activate the pendant (no action required) to unleash a sonic shockwave.
All creatures within 10 feet must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 2d8 thunder damage and become deafened until the end of their next turn.
