This item first appears to be a large metal steed of immeasurable power, it has a 2 pedals, a wheel of steering 5 seats (2 in the front and 3 in the back) and 4 doors. it also has a bunch of other random buttons and switches that are unusable without Expertise. the item can only be used with Proficiency in cars.

To be used as a vehicle, the Hondo Civic requires one pilot. While the Hondo Civics' doors are closed, then they can be locked, preventing creatures from entering without smashing the windows, which have 5 AC and 10 HP. The Hondo Civic can contain 5 creatures of Medium size comfortable or 7 creatures uncomfortably.
if the creature is Proficient with cars, they are able to move the Hondo Civic as an action on their turn using the items movement instead of their own. if a creature of large or smaller size is moved through, they must make a DC20 Dex save or take 6D12 Bludgeoning Damage and are moved with the vehicle until the end of the pilots turn.
If the Hondo Civic enters water lower than 10ft, it instantly combusts dealing 50D100 fire damage to every creature inside and 25D100 for every creature within a 25 foot radius, this effect also happens if the vehicle reaches 0HP or is destroyed in any way.
A creature in the front of the vehicle can take a Utilize action to activate as many as 2 buttons or switches. Each button/Switch can be turned on and off. if a creature has Expertise with cars, they are able to pick out of the list which effect(s) happen(s), otherwise the creature must roll on the table to decide.
