A warlock may paint a third eye onto his forehead, this takes up an attunement slot. Once done this will act as a focus for all his spells and all spells will seem to be originating from it. The eye also fictions as a real eye and looks real.

The third eye gives the warlock a +1 to hit with all of his spells that require an attack roll and a +1 to the spell save DC of all his warlock spells that require a save.

The eye gives the warlock an estreme migrane if he does not sleep for 8 hours each night and if he tries to obscure the eye from sight. This results in disadvantage on all mental ability checks, saves and attack rolls.
