A two-faced coin, - one side is an old man with a farmer’s hat, the other is a bare arse. The coin often flips itself, hovering mid-air while giggling.
Winner, Winner, Guess What's Near. As a bonus action, you can flip the coin.
On heads: You roll advantage on your next ability check, attack, or saving throw. (Doesn’t stack.)
If you flip three consecutive heads, the next ability, attack or saving throw is a natural 20.
On tails: You roll disadvantage on your next ability check, attack, or saving throw. (Doesn’t stack.)
Three consecutive tails gives a natural 1 on the next attack or saving throw to you and each allied creature within 15 feet of you.
As well as flipping the coin, roll a D20. If the coin lands on its edge (1 on d20), you and a random creature within 30 feet permanently switch minds. If the coin spins and begins laughing (20 on D20), you receive any one magic item of your choice for 8 hours, poofing into confetti at the end of the duration. If a creature or object tampers with this magic item, the creature must make a DC 35 wisdom saving throw, or have its wisdom stat reduced to 1 and can only be restored by the wish spell.
